This property has a BUG/COCKROACH problem

The property manager contact me the day before my arrival that Pest Control will be visiting the following business ( they never came). This had me wonder what’s the need for pest control. When we first arrive, we love the lay out of the place and how spacious it was. But after a day of our stay, I woke up to roaches in the kitchen and then it progressively got worse. I found spider and roaches flying in the master bedroom. I took multiple pictures of these. I contacted the property management and all I got back was “pest control should be passing by” they never did. The balcony in the property can’t be using it full of spider and and bugs. I had children with me that were terribly of bugs. I sent most of my stay killing roaches and spiders.

Nice place- very large commercial like property .

Condo- As advertised Clean spacious, comfortable. Location is very central to lots of popular stores an eateries. The complex is very large and feels commercial. The checkin process was easy but ; do know they will not give you access before your scheduled check in time. (Despite the place being available) There is a garbage disposal room just outside the entrance door, unfortunately that door stayed open the entire time. Overall very nice place that i would stay again.
