Jason was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. We enjoyed our time by the pool and hot tub and our VRBO was clean, well maintained, and had everything we needed. My wife said to let her know if you need a permanent resident. The whole place was a VIBE

My husband and I were in Orlando for two weeks. We spent part of our time at this beautiful place. The guest house where we stayed had everything we needed and included use of the pool, hottub, and outdoor area. Other than a few problems with the TVs our stay was wonderful! Would highly recommend!

Lovely Get Away!

The check-in at this beautiful home was seamless. The home is stunning and complements the guest house suite. The guesthouse suite overlooks an amazing, relaxing pool area and a lake with fruit trees along the property. Friendly and welcoming homeowners made our experience feel comfortable and at home. Response to any questions or concerns was immediate. We stayed with two adults and two teens comfortably in the guesthouse. My son even got to visit with his dog! The guesthouse is well-stocked, clean, and cozy. Anything you may need is within minutes of the surrounding area. This stay was picturesque to say the least and definitely at the top of my list! I would love to stay here again!

Tranquil Escape

Overall wonderful stay in a great historic neighborhood! The area was quiet, safe and enjoyable for morning walks or coffee on the balcony with lake views. The villa itself was a lot more spacious than the pictures indicate and all the furnishings and accommodations included were just right for either a short- or long-term stay. The location was in close proximity to many local attractions, shopping, and restaurants, but did not feel crowded. Our host, Jason, was responsive to any questions and checked in to ensure the stay was as expected. Although the villa was well stocked and clean, we appreciated having extra supplies on hand, especially since we utilized the kitchen for some of our meals. The main property was undergoing outdoor patio and pool/jacuzzi renovations, therefore not utilized, but the workmanship was turning out beautifully! Although we didn't partake in the lake and outdoor activities (our choice, we didn't want to trek through work in progress), we would still recommend staying here due to the proximity of so many other great Orlando offerings. Even though workers were on site for a couple of days, they were respectful of our space, the noise level and time which made it feel as they were not there at all. Jason kept us updated on the work schedule throughout the stay.We would certainly return and hopefully enjoy the outdoor amenities once complete and would definitely recommend this place to anyone staying in the Orlando area!
