Blue Moon Valley Villa - luxurious, brand new, 5 bed, 5 bath Villa

Blue Moon Valley Villa is a fabulous, luxurious, spacious property, completed in December 2016 and situated on the wonderful Champions Gate Retreat site, featuring 5 bedrooms and 5 separate bathrooms (perfect for up to 8 adults and three small children) a kitchen, dinning area, open plan living space, a loft theater with projection screen to keep the kids entertained, a laundry room, a games room, a patio, a true south facing splash pool and separate spa pool which gets sun all day long, is not overlooked from the rear and with privacy glass on both sides you can hot tub to your hearts content.

Internally the property is decorated to a very high standard and we have enjoyed every moment of the house build and decoration, not something you often often hear from an owner.

Champions Gate resort is a gated community, with an attendant, to help ensure safety for visiting guests. The Villa is very close to the Oasis Clubhouse, with its massive 25,000 sq. ft building its SPECTACULAR! If you want a day closer to home and rest your feet from walking the parks then there are two huge resort-style pools, one being an adult pool while the other pool features an exciting water slide. For the little ones, there is a splash park that will provide hours of entertainment. There is also a lazy river to soak in the sunshine along with private poolside cabanas. A restaurant and a full-service bar are available to serve up your favorite food and drinks. The fitness wing has all the latest in cardio and weight training equipment while the spa will help rejuvenate your tired muscles. The resort also features organized games for kids. While the kids are busy having the time of their lives, each of the poolside loungers has a flag that you simply lift up. Within seconds, a pool attendant will be available to take your order.

There is also an 18-hole golf course and future plans include a tennis facility with 7 tennis courts and a center court having stadium seating.

Blue Moon Valley Villa is in a great location. Champions Gate Resort is 30 minutes from Orlando airport, is located right off I-4, providing easy access to the Disney World theme parks, SeaWorld and Universal Studios Orlando. There is a wealth of shopping opportunities, including the popular outlet malls within minutes of the Resort with every type of dining nearby, from all-you-can-eat buffets to fine dining in a romantic setting.

In addition, several world-class golf courses are within a mile from ChampionsGate, where you can golf for a week and play a different course each time.

The property is managed by Florida Spirit who are on hand to settle you into the Villa and assist with any queries on site, they also provide a handy app which will give lots of information so you and your guests will get the most out of your stay.

You will see on your quote a couple of tax charges, the first is Florida Sales tax at 7% and the second is a wonderful creation called Florida Tourist Tax, in Osceola County this is charged at 7.5%, as homeowners its our obligation to file and pass this on to the county by the 20th of every month or face the wrath of the wonderful Bruce Vickers, Osceola County Tax Collector, a man with a fearsome mustache and a reputation to match! We wish we didn't but there you go!

Great Place

We traveled with our son and his children over spring break and had a great time together. This house accommodated our group perfectly. The 5 bedrooms each with is own bathroom was wonderful and our kids lived in the heated pool.

Perfect home for large family vacation

The house was perfect for our vacation with a family of 10 people. It was clean, close to everything we needed, and the owners communicated so well there were no surprises or issues in the gated community. We also really enjoyed the clubhouse guests have access to. I would definitely recommend, and stay here again given the chance.

This house was the perfect fit for us on our trip to Disney. Guy and Kate were so quick and kind with responses. The house was exactly as pictured and clean. The Oasis clubhouse was a nice touch with the pool ammenties and restaurant. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

In your tips it may be worth suggesting that if you hire a car you get the Toll pass - more info on how that works and what the penalties could be - we were very confused. This would be useful to holiday makers from abroad

The property was beautiful and just as pictured online. The house was equipped with everything that we needed. We enjoyed using the projector upstairs to watch a few movies. Awesome Home

We had an amazing time! The house was perfect for everyone to have their own space. The pool was bigger than we thought it was going to be. We loved it! Guy was very responsive to my questions and was very friendly. We would definitely rent this house again.

Amazing Property - Close to Disney - Great for Family!!

We had an awesome stay at Champions Gate! This house is gorgeous. The pool and hot tub were great after each long day at Disney. We stayed with 5 adults and 2 kids and had PLENTY of room, privacy, and fun! It’s about 25-30 minutes from the parks with traffic. Great pool club for the kids with a lazy River and some slides, but we enjoyed the quiet and privacy of the pool at the house more. Guy was super responsive and helpful! They have everything for cooking and made sure the pool and hot tub were nice and warm as we were here in January and Feb. This home made our trip to Disney so much better!! Will definitely be staying here again!!

Very nice place

Overall our stay was excellent. Communication with Guy was quick and easy as he was very prompt to any question I had. Property is a three minute drive to the club house which is the best part of this stay. One small problem we had was that the house appeared clean and spotless but infants find anything on the ground. The living room has a shag rug that the cleaning crew clearly never cleans as our toddler found all sorts of stuff in it (peanuts, necklace beads, loose change ) which required us to shake it out and vacuum it. Not a knock on Guy himself but more on a lazy cleaning crew. Would definitely stay here again given the big picture!

There are no words to describe how fabulous this home is!

From the minute we walked in the front door we loved this home. The bedrooms were all cozy and comfortable beds. The kitchen was big and very workable. We made dinner two nights and got take in a few nights. (Highly recommend Pronto Eataly Pizza annd Ovation Bistro) And the pool/jacuzzi! The kids were in it whenever we were home, and the adults most of the time! The jacuzzi is wonderful after a long day at the parks. The whole house and pool area were so clean! The theater screen is great but you do need DVDs. We did that one night. We did go to the club, but the kids enjoyed the pool at the house much more. Everyone in our family loved this house. Plenty of room to be together and plenty of space to go off and be alone if needed. I can’t say enough about how great this property is! Property owners and property management answer your calls/texts immediately Thank you Guy and Kate!

We enjoyed our stay at this VRBO. The house is very spacious and the layout of the bedrooms is great for privacy and quietness. The kitchen gadgets are well stocked, and the game room in the garage was fun. The reasons I did not give it a five star were the following: The house description makes it clear that only starter supplies would be provided for paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, which is fine. However, one of the bathrooms had no toilet paper and a few of the others had 1/3 of a roll. It seems the cleaning crew has been instructed to remove everything from the kitchen. Most VRBO's I have stayed at have some spices, cooking oil that previous guests had left, etc, but there was none of that here. It would also be nice to have a starter pack for coffee and/or to leave coffee filters that previous guests have bought for the coffee pot. Last, it is impossible to use the hot tub spontaneously as on a day with temperatures in the 60's it took over an hour for the hot tub to be warm enough. The day it was in the high 40's/low 50's, it never got hot despite running it for two hours. Overall the house was a great space in a great location, so despite the four stars, we would stay there again.

Living the high life in this beautiful home straight out of a glossy magazine.

A Beautifully decorated boutique Floridian home. Opening the front door was like opening Homes & gardens magazine which the owners have decorated with the latest interior design and furnishings. The house is vast and the pictures don't give it justice , every bedroom is large with its own bathroom so gives everyone the personal space they need all under one roof. The cinema room "area" is a great space to use as well as the main open lounge which creates two seperatly spaces , again great if your a large family and want to watch a movie in one area of the house while others watch or dine in another. The games room is a great addition and was real fun. The pool area was pretty secluded and got the sun most of the day which was great and the pool spa was fantastic with a glass of wine in the evening to relax after all the parks. Perfect location on the newer developed champions gate which is a very upmarket suburb and a minutes drive from the resort centre with a lazy river water ride and gym. Ps the pizzas are great at the bar area. We would highly recommend this beautiful home and I'm sure we will be back.

Comfortable, Spacious, & Clean

Blue Moon Valley Villa was such a wonderful place for our group to stay in! Our group had two couples with teens & kids and there was plenty of space to spare for us all. The game room was an added bonus. We enjoyed the private pool and hot tub almost everyday and loved that there were privacy screens along the bottom half of the lanai. There was even plenty of seating and lounge chairs on the patio to use. The dining table seats 10 and is large enough for spreading out & playing games on. The kids used the upstairs "theater" area for a movie while the rest of us hung out downstairs. The location of the house is very convenient... close to the clubhouse pools as well as grocery stores & highways. The house was very clean, no bugs, and we were pleased to find enough bath towels for all since some other places we have stayed in were on the stingy side. *Make sure to bring your own beach/pool towels. The internet was reliable and no one had any problems using the wifi. Our host, Guy was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. He also provided us with a gate pass which helped to get us through the entrance gate quickly. With over a decade of renting vacation houses, this was our favorite yet! We hope to have the chance to visit/stay here again in the future!

Excellent and amazing villa

We have stayed many times in Orlando and this was by far the best villa by a mile. Owners are very hands on and ensure your checkin is smooth. Had zero issues whist in the villa. Very grand property and well furnished. Overall 10/10

3 generation family trip

Communication with owner was excellent... very prompt and helpful. House and site was great for our extended family, children loved the house pool and also the complex pool and facilities about 10 minutes walk away. Uber/ Lyft worked fine to/ from the airport, disney and supermarkets, although we did find all the roads very busy and journey took longer than expected (probably worse as over Easter holidays).

Another Wonderful Family Vacation

This is our sixth year staying in Champions Gate at this same property. The house is large enough for us; our kids; and grandkids. It is beautifully decorated; very, very clean and well maintained; and has tons of space and all the amenities. The grandkids call it "their" Florida house.The location is close to everything; water parks; Theme Parks; and about mid way between the Atlantic and Gulf coasts. Highly recommended.
