Everything was so tidy and laid out nicely. Had some issues with the fold out couch and decided we'd leave it for someone more experienced. Did not use any of the amenities, but everything looked very clean and well-kept. We especially appreciated the cleaning supplies under the sink.

This is a very nice property conveniently located for the attractions in Orlando and the surrounding area. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and there’s nothing not to like about it.

We loved it here. The room was very spacious and clean. Having the extra room and shower was great for our two kids. Location was a quick drive to Universal. Would definitely recommend for anytime travelling to Orlando especially with kids.

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet and beautiful place! There is a big pool, weight room, and lots of parking in a gated lot. The team was great and quick to respond to any inquiries. One thing to note though, I don’t think there are any elevators so keep that in mind for folks who can’t walk stairs.

I really liked that the property was clean and safe. I enjoyed it’s peaceful nature and also all the amenities was in excellent condition. It was also wishing close proximity to the malls especially the outlet mall on the International Drive. Overall an excellent stay and I would love to stay here again and I would also recommend this place to others for sure.

Impressed with how well equipped the apartment is with little things like extra hand soap, dish soap, cleaning sponge Swiffer and wet pads, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, dishwasher pods... Appreciated having a pretty much fully equipped kitchen, plates and utensils. Nice fill size washer & dryer in the unit as well. A lot of extra blankets and pillows were provided. Tons of closet space too. It really felt like it was home away from home. The only issue we had was a clogged toilet and backed up shower drain. We called about the toilet and no one showed up to fix it - called Friday morning, checked out Saturday and no one had come to fix it, I assume because we were checking out the next day. I would assume there's a drain issue in the building. Floors and walls are thin - you can hear neighbors upstairs walking around and banging things on the floor, and can hear highway traffic, so if you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs. Otherwise, great spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment to stay in, especially long term.

Feedback on Recent Stay

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort and amenities. However, there were a few issues that need attention. Despite requesting early check-in on December 2, the cleaners were unaware and needed an extra hour, leading us to check in at the original time. Additionally, we received a notice for improper parking on December 4, despite displaying the provided parking tag. Clearer instructions on parking policies would be helpful. Thank you for the otherwise pleasant experience!

This was a wonderful, safe, and enjoyable stay for my daughter and I! Everything was gated, so all access points inside the initial drive-in gate required codes. This safety measure was important for my piece of mind during our time. The space we stayed in was exceptionally well maintained and clean. The attention to detail for travelers was above and beyond what I've experienced before, and we've traveled a lot for out of state competitions. From laundry detergent and dish soap, to making sure there were plenty of bath towels, pool towels, extra bedding, and all kinds of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, trash bags, and more- I was truly grateful in knowing that these details were taken care of. The kitchen was fully supplied with cooking needs, and all appliances were in working order. When I needed to contact the property for a question, I received a quick response in a chat message which was then followed by a phone call to ensure my question was answered completely. Highly recommend considering this location!

Spacious apartment with airbnb chores.

The Good: - We were confused and stopped by the leasing office and the agent working was exceptionally welcoming and helpful. - The apartment was great. Spacious and clean with wonderful amenities. Relatively toddler-friendly space. Would have loved to stay longer—or even live there! - The complex was quiet and gated. - The pricing was very competitive. The Bad: - When booking, I did not realize I was booking an apartment. It was a bit cumbersome to submit supplemental contact information and IDs for all the adults in our party since we do not live together. - There is no elevator, so we had to lug stroller and baggage up stairs. - I did not like the assigned chores for checkout; a main reason I avoid Airbnb these days. When I’m paying for a hotel stay, I don’t want to be collecting trash, doing dishes, laundry, etc. - It was a good half hour drive to Disney World, so something to consider if that is part of your vacation plans. All things considered, I would still love to return given the great condition of the room and convenient storage for luggage.
