Enjoy our two-story, three-bedroom, three-bathroom all Disney inspired townhome with open floor plan, fully equipped kitchen, and screened in patio. With over 1,400 square feet of modern design, the home hosts plenty of open space allowing you and your guests to relax without feeling cramped. All bathrooms are en-suite and well-appointed. There is dining space to compliment the already numerous provided comforts of home, including WIFI, cable TV throughout, and in-home washer/dryer unit which allow you to pack lightly or wash your clothes before you return home. The townhouse also has its own private driveway for convenience and easy unloading and loading of your luggage.

All guests will also have access to the year around amenities during their stay.

The home is ideally situated for access to Interstate 4 for easy journeying to either of Florida’s beautiful coastlines as well as Busch Gardens, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, and Dinosaur World. Feel like playing 18? Not a problem, Mystic Dunes golf course is just opposite and there are many more golf courses in the area.

- No need to worry if you arrive late, we offer keyless pad entry! Additional details will be provided upon booking.

- Guests are expected to respect resort quiet hours between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am. We reserve the right to remove guests who violate these rules and/or cause disturbances in the community.

- Packages may be shipped directly to the home address. Please arrange deliveries for times when you are home, as we are unable to store or handle packages. If a package is mistakenly addressed to the clubhouse, or if no one is available to receive it, the resort will charge a $20 handling fee, payable at the Front Desk. USPS does not deliver to the property, though Amazon typically delivers directly to the front door. Please kindly note that we cannot accept liability for mail or packages.

- Use of BBQ grill is $95 for the duration of your stay.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including the patio and screened in lanai area.

- Gatherings with your group are great, but parties and events are not allowed.

- Pets are not permitted in the home.

- Please note that this home is considered to be self-catering. We do provide complimentary items to start your trip including one trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent for your use. For additional supplies you may need to consume during your stay, you may purchase them from the nearby local markets.

- We provide standard bath towels, bed linens, and basic kitchenware (pots and pans). Please kindly bring any pool/beach towels, hand towels/washcloths, toiletries, and any condiments, spices, or additional supplies you may need.

- Please kindly note that we are unable to store luggage before check-in or after check-out due to platform liability policies.

- Please kindly note that USPS does not deliver inside vacation rental resorts in Orlando. We’re unable to be responsible for delivery of mail or packages from any carrier. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.

- Please kindly note that, as part of the resort’s policy, commercial vehicles with business logos, trailers, RVs, or boats are not permitted to park inside the resort.
