This 4-bedroom villa in Bella Vida Resort holds up to 10 guests, 15 minutes from Disney, with a private pool, a covered lanai and a BBQ grill. The two themed kids' rooms are part of why the trip lands with younger travelers: a Mickey Mouse room and a Minions room give the children a space of their own to come back to after a day at the parks. Downstairs, the living room with a 65-inch TV and the modern kitchen open onto the pool, so dinner and a swim happen in the same place. A king master sits upstairs with its own bathroom.

Bella Vida is a gated, 24-hour secure resort in Kissimmee, off US-192, with Walmart, restaurants and outlets within walking distance or a short drive. Distances by car: Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom) 12-18 min, Universal Studios 22-30 min, SeaWorld 18-25 min, Orlando International Airport (MCO) 22-28 min, Walmart 3-5 min, Vineland Outlets 13-18 min.
A car is the easiest way to reach the parks, outlets and grocery stores, with free parking inside the resort and quick access to US-192, FL-417 and I-4. Rideshare such as Uber and Lyft is widely available for nights out without driving.
