Disney Villa, Heated Pool, Spa and Game Room

Get ready to relax in this brilliant 3-bedroom house in Davenport. With 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, this terrific property offers all the comforts of home, including WiFi, a washing machine, AC, and heating. The bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, shower, and bidet. Guests can also enjoy the fitness room, iron, and coin laundry. We'll be available to answer any questions while you stay at our place.

The space:

3 Bedroom 2 bath, fully renovated single story house with screened in pool area. Located in a small gated (don't worry, you won't need a code or to deal with guards) in Davenport, in a close distance to all the parks and city of Orlando.

Bedrooms:

Every bedroom has a smart TV so you can enjoy your favorite shows and a set of cotton sheets to make sure that you have a good night sleep. Every bedroom has a closet with hangers and a dresser, where you can fold/hang your clothes to prevent them from wrinkling, there is also an ironing board and an iron.

Living/Dining Room:

There is huge very comfortable couch and a 55" smart TV in the living room, and an X-Box for those who love to play. Dining room has a bar area and a dining room table where you can enjoy a nice dinner.

Kitchen:

Kitchen is fully stocked with basic things for cooking (spices, oil, foil, etc.), includes pots, pans, coffee, tea, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, BBQ set for the grill outside.

Play Room:

In the play room I provide lots of sidewalk chalk so you can use Blackboard and become an artist while you staying. For those who love cardio there is treadmill. You can enjoy board games, or play aero hockey, or corn hole.

Pool Area:

Please enjoy the screened in private pool with jacuzzi that can be heated up for an additional fee of 15$/day (jacuzzi) 50$/day (pool).

If you are staying longer than 5 days, reach out to me for a special rate for the pool heating.
