Waterview Villa with Private Pool/Spa

Please note that there is an additional fee for optional pool/spa heating ($25/day, $150/week, $500/month). The pool and spa share the same heater, so one cannot be heated without the other.

Welcome to this beautiful Clear Creek vacation rental, a unique house that has the best water view and largest pool deck in the neighborhood. The house can host up to 12 people. There are 5 bedrooms, including 2 master bedrooms with their own full bathrooms in each suite. There's also a pack and play for younger visitors in the larger master bedroom.

This home's location is ideal for easy access to everything that has made Central Florida one of the most popular destinations in the world. The house is a perfect base from which to visit all the attractions and shopping malls, dine at one of the many nearby restaurants, or simply relax by the pool.

Enjoy the privacy of your pool and hot tub with a relaxing lake view. The pool deck is expanded on both sides, making it perfect for families of all sizes. There are four sun loungers, a shaded dining table, and a cooling ceiling fan available for those days you just want to relax and spend the day by the pool. There is also a grill on the pool deck for your convenience.

Living room - new furniture (sofa, loveseat, and chair); 75" flat screen TV
Dining area - new dining room set with 4 chairs and a bench

Bathrooms - new faucets and shower heads; new granite countertops

When staying at this house, you can expect nothing but the best! The home has an open arrangement perfect for family stays. There is a central living area with comfortable furniture and a 75" flat screen TV. In addition, there are flat screen TVs in four of the bedrooms, high speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, ceiling fans, themed linens (Frozen and Avengers), quality bath and pool towels, and a kitchen fully equipped with everything you will need, including a fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, utensils, pots/pans, toaster, coffee maker, coffee grinder, and tea kettle. The following are also provided upon your arrival: two kitchen trash bags, dish soap and a sponge, two dishwasher pods, two laundry pods, hand soap in each bathroom, and two rolls of toilet tissue in each bathroom. We do not provide coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or any other items not listed above.

We ensure that the villa is maintained to the highest standards and thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival, provide friendly and professional service to make you feel welcome, and can be contacted at any time during your stay. Our property management team lives nearby and can provide immediate assistance with any guest issues.

This home is located off Highway 27, North of the US 192 intersection. Only 20 minutes away from Animal Kingdom, and 25 to 40 minutes away from all major Central Florida attractions. It is located to the west of I-4, allowing you to avoid major traffic. Enjoy a smooth ride home when you are exhausted after a long day at the parks!

Walmart, Chili's, Burger King, KFC, Starbucks, and Publix are all nearby. Town Center at Cagan Crossing is on the other side of Highway 27, offering lots of local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets for you to explore.

Wonderful stay in Orlando

We cannot praise this property enough. The hosts were simply amazing, responding lightning fast to our queries. The property itself is exactly like the pictures and the location of the property is awesome with lots of food options and supermarkets very close by. My family and I had a super comfy stay and loved the pool and hot tub under the Florida sun. Could not have asked for a better stay! Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back again soon!

Beautiful vacation home

Close to everything. Awesome view of the lake from pool area. The kids enjoyed seeing ducks, little salamanders and even a small gater passing through. Quiet neighborhood close to everything, shopping, restaurants etc. Clean spacious interior. Everything we needed.

Clean Pool and Home!

10/10 clean home and pool. The spa heat and pool heat were free and were actually working the entire time. The beds were comfortable too. Beach items were available for our use and were a great bonus. I will share that other than the pool there is no other entertainment in the home so bring cards and games if you have kiddos!

Good house, great pool, very busy area

We enjoyed our escape from winter in warm, sunny Florida. This house became our home away from home for a month- the first time we’ve left home for long. We enjoyed the house and it’s amenities - especially the pool and hot tub! Especially when we watched the weather reports from home. Jim was easy to get I. Touch with and was able to resolve our (minor) issues.

Just far enough from parks

We loved our stay and the location. The house is not overly big yet feels large due to the layout and vaulted ceilings. We didn’t use all the rooms as our oldest son and family couldn’t make it, but the rooms we did use were comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook if you choose to. There are a lot of nearby restaurants, Publix and Walmart. Our kids enjoyed the pool and spent a lot of time in it. We bought pool toys not realizing they had some for use, we added to the collection in the garage. FYI.. pool cleaning was Tuesday morning and you cannot swim for 2-3 hours after they done. As far as Disney parks go, this was the perfect location away from all the traffic. I think the longest it took us for 28 minutes one day. Our hosts were amazing in communication, would definitely recommend for families.

Happy New Year

Our stay began with the welcome mat "So glad you're hear" to the lock set to an easily remembered number, we felt like this was our place. I was amazed that even the child-themed bedroom's beds were comfortable. We loved having the private pool and hot tub. All of us felt that we were in a home away from home. (I will private message a couple of suggestions to the owners.) Don't hesitate to book this home!

Fantastic holiday home

We enjoyed our stay here so much we’d consider staying again. The house was lovely and clean, the pool and outdoor area was clean and tidy. The house really has everything you need, there’s even an electric kettle, essential kit for the Brit abroad! The only tiny thing we could have used was an airer for drying clothes that can’t go in the dryer. But that’s nothing really, the sun loungers had cup holders, the height of luxury! The pool temperature was utterly perfect, not so warm it’s a bath, not so cold you couldn’t plunge right in. The check in process was very simple which we were grateful for because we arrived very late at night. The hosts were wonderful, very responsive and friendly, we’d definitely recommend them and this house.

Nice house but not supplied well.

Very nice house but Missing some items- we were not pleased to find out we were limited to 2 garbage bags and 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom. It should not have been in our vacation plans to get these items at the local Walmart.

Absolutely fabulous!

I have never been so excited to leave a review as I was literally looking for the review button as soon as I left the property. I absolutely enjoyed my stay which was relaxing and pleasant. The owners were quick to respond to all my questions and left a very nice gift basket and welcome card on the counter for me. The home was clean, spacious, and what I loved best was no carpet! The home looks exactly like the pictures and it had k cup coffee maker (something that I appreciated). The location put the icing on the cake! Everything you could need to make your vacation great was within a 5-20 minute drive (grocery, gas, Walmart). I will definitely stay at this home again and recommend it to others. Thanks so much Jim and Samantha! You made this one of the best home away from home visits I’ve experienced!

Gorgeous, clean, open and welcoming Villa! Everything we needed as a family with young ones was there! Pool was beautiful, quiet and safe neighborhood close to all the parks! Owners of home checked in via app during the stay and are very accommodating! We were welcomed with basket with handwritten note, beds were amazingly comfortable (fresh, new clean linens and blankets). Will definitely be staying again next year when we visit Disney! I can’t say enough, thanks so much for such an awesome stay! Highly recommend 10 stars!

Great Family Spot

Just right for multi-generation: king suite for mom & dad, queen suite for granny, plenty of room for kiddos. Nice kitchen and the pool/hot tub was great for end of day wind down. Jim & Samantha are great hosts. Would definitely stay again. *Depending on traffic, it can take longer to get to the parks.

we had a great time here. only mishap was the check in process but it was quickly resolved! owners were very responsive and left a cute gift basket and personalized card to welcome us! This is kinda far from Universal Studios but better location for Disneyworld. Universal was about 1 hour away with the traffic.

January 2025 stay

We enjoyed our month long stay in Clermont. House was comfortable and well furnished. Location was good with stores and fast food close by. The distance was about equal between Disney World and historic Clermont downtown. January was unseasonably cold so we were not able to enjoy the pool and spa the whole time, but hosts gave us a heads up prior to our trip so it wasn’t unexpected. We were able to enjoy the pool and spa for the last 10 or so days. Hosts were very responsive. We would certainly recommend it.
