Fine for a shorter stay

The house was beautiful, but upon closer inspection there were a lot of little things that were in rough condition such as the curtain rod falling out without anyone touching it, the down stairs fire alarm being disabled, the kitchen sink leaking so badly it could not be used, the top bunk bed being extremely flimsy to the point I would not feel comfortable with my 4 year old nephew using it. There were no wash cloths and not nearly enough towels. The house is decorated nicely but obviously a rental, which was fine for our short stay. Honestly I would be fine to stay here longer with just a few fixes. I've already alerted property management to these issues. The house has a nice layout and didnt feel like a townhouse. The pool is small but private, and the community pool seemed large and beautiful. I appreciated the fan in our bedroom closet as it was warm and we couldn't adjust the AC, but the other rooms didn't have fans that could be pulled out if needed.

The place was ok nothing extraordinary. There were no trash cans in the bathrooms and tv's in only 2 rooms and all of the rules were a bit excessive and there was what appeared to be a camera in the living room. The cell phone reception was HORRIBLE. I also was never sent the code to open the door and due to the spotty cell service it was difficult to find a number to call. I would not recommend this property
