We were put at the back of the hotel, in an apartment layout-type building, rather than what we expected from the pictures in the main high-rise building where we check in at, we had thought. We checked into our hotel and it was neat and clean. After a short search, we discovered the microwave and minifridge were in a closet like setting, which we found peculiar.
The sink was regularly backing up from normal water running when we washed hands or brushed our teeth. It was pretty nasty. Then, the shower curtain held up weird I think because of the curved pole that holds it. So showering made water get on the floors, which was awful because we weren't going to leave a pool of water there. We found this was a below average experience for us and we just felt dirty staying here. The Hampton Inn was overall significantly better for half the price than here.
We were a little bit behind on the checkout date by nearly an hour, but the staff was very kind and understanding, which we appreciated and gave an extra star for because we recognize your understanding.
