A total of 4 parking spaces are provided: 2 vehicles in the Garage and 2 on Driveway. Please note no street parking is available. Additional parking is available at the clubhouse on a first come basis.

No, BBQ is included and comes with a propane tank. Ready for you to enjoy your outdoor dinning.

The spa is ready for you anytime, and pool heating is available for $35/day, must be requested 48H in advance.

Resort Community
You'll find the community of Sonoma conveniently located just minutes away from all of the top attractions, tons of restaurants, and more shopping than you’ll be able to handle. Stroll around the resort and head out to the clubhouse complete with large resort style zero-entry swimming pool, fitness facility, and a walking and jogging trail. Stay at the pool side cabanas or sit back and relax in one of the many loungers.
The Neighborhood:
Guests will find this home as centrally located as it gets just steps away from all the action. You’re less than 20 minutes to Walt Disney World, Disney Springs, and ESPN Wide World of Sports and minutes from “The Loop”, a premier shopping and entertainment mecca off the Osceola Parkway. Eateries such as Bahama Breeze, Abuelo ’s Mexican Restaurant, BJ’s Brewhouse, 4 Rivers Smokehouse, KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot, and Olive Garden are all within 10 minutes near “The Loop.” In addition, a Publix grocery store is just minutes away.
Other Things to Note:
•As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Trust and Safety Fee or your rental rate.
•The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5,000 for content and dwelling. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and PMI Platinum FL will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. Additional information about the Safely Protection Policy will be provided upon request.
•Please be advised that a 30-night stay requires $130 in property damage protection insurance, with an additional $6 every additional night.
• All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Platinum FL Portal powered by Guesty prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
