Come on over and experience the magic at our cute cottage, super close to everything Disney! We're just 4 miles away from Disney, Universal Studios (12 mi), Medieval Times (4 mi), Old Town (2 mi). Plus, tons of places to eat, shop, and have fun are right outside our community. We have a pool, 2 hot tubs, mini golf, shuffleboard, pickleball, a tiki bar (seasonal), and a playground. The resort also has a dog park for your furry family members.

THE SPACE:
Hey there! Sounds like you're all set for a cozy stay at The Cottage. It's got everything you need, right? A fully-equipped kitchen and laundry with a washer and dryer to take care of your daily needs. You can chill out in the comfy living room or bedrooms, all equipped with smart TV's. Or, if you're more of an outdoorsy type, you can catch some fresh air on the rear patio while grilling up some juicy steaks. And don't worry about staying connected - there's free Wi-Fi.

Oh, and did I mention? You'll also have access to a pool and hot tub! Just keep in mind that the resort is in charge of maintaining these amenities.

The Cottage is nestled in a beautiful community surrounded by trees. We take great care of the place and make sure it's deep cleaned after every guest.

If you're planning to bring your furry friend along, there's a pet fee of $50 per stay.

Hey there! You're in for a treat because Sherwood Forest in Kissimmee is super close to Disney. If you're in the mood for some shopping, the Vineland Premium Outlets are just a 15-minute drive away.

You'll find restaurants, retail shops, and grocery stores like Target, Publix, Walmart, Walgreens, and CVS about 2 miles away. And guess what? Aldi's, Dollar Tree, and Krispy Kreme are just a short walk away.

Now, let's talk about your stay. Everything is included in the rate! You'll find the orange key fob for the pool on the key chain as you walk in. Just a heads up, if you lose the pool fob, there's a $100 charge (that's what the resort charges us to replace it). And please make sure all towels are accounted for at the end of your stay.

If you're expecting packages or online orders, please note that we're not responsible for any loss or undelivered packages. Make sure your package is delivered during your stay. For Amazon, UPS, DHL, FedEx deliveries, packages will be left at the doorstep of the property.

Housekeeping isn't provided daily in the rental rate. But if you need a mid-stay clean, you can request it for an additional $100.

We've also got a Starter-Pack for you that includes:

- Toilet paper
- Travel sizes of shampoo, conditioner, and soap in the bathroom
- Paper towels
- Garbage bags
- Dish liquid
- Coffee Keurig pods, tea bags, sugar, salt and pepper.
