Welcome to Fairway Delight! This beautiful property is located at Reunion Resort in the Fairway Ridge neighborhood, a truly beautiful place with world-class amenities such as championship golf courses, infinity pools, a full-service spa, scenic walking trails, fitness center, on-site fine dining, kids' activities, and much more, close to Orlando's world-class attractions
The fully equipped kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The open-planned living area includes a dining area and comfortable sofas. Sliding doors lead out to the spacious pool deck.
The pool with spillover spa back, and child safety fence is the ideal setting to relax and soak up the Florida sun. The pool area also comes with outside furniture. Everyone will enjoy the games room with a pool table, foosball table, and TV with plenty of seating.
Fairway Delight comes with 5 elegant and spacious bedrooms, 2 of them have king beds, 2 queen beds, and the last one with 2 bunk beds. For your convenience, there is a separate laundry room, downstairs, complete with a washer and dryer.
This property offers complimentary high-speed wireless internet, ensuring you stay connected throughout your stay. The smoke-free and pet-free environment guarantees a pristine atmosphere for your comfort. Towels and linens are provided, allowing you to travel light and stress-free. A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property.
Check-in time is 4:00 pm
Check-out time is 10:00 am
All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
Pool heat is available and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spillover Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation
This home has an outdoor pool without a screen enclosure that is cleaned and serviced once a week. Please be aware that in-between the weekly clean all outdoor pools are susceptible to some minor debris such as mulch or leaves being blown into the pool. Especially during periods of heavy rain. A skimmer net is provided to remove any debris in between the weekly cleans.
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The complimentary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guests' responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
Max of 6 cars per address
Third party platforms such as Airbnb may not allow optional fees to be displayed in the check-out cart of their website. Optional fees can include items such as early check-in, late check-out, mid stay cleans and pool heat. These items can be added directly with Florida Vacation Homes after the reservation has been made.
