This home is the perfect starting point for your Florida vacation. This gorgeous property is less than two and a half miles from Disney's doorstep, located in the luxury gated resort of Windsor Hills. It is also 20 minutes from Universal Studios, if your kids want to see Hogwarts. If you all crave a bit more time with nature, Cocoa Beach is roughly an hour's drive away. You can even make a day trip to Crystal Rivers Florida and swim with the manatees!

What makes this house so special is the five bedrooms and five bathrooms arrangement, which is ideal for larger or multi-generational families, for everyone to have their own bathroom. There are three master bedrooms (2 downstairs, one upstairs) each with king-size beds. There is also a sophisticated queen bedroom downstairs, plus a Mickey themed bunk room upstairs. Spread across two levels, there is plenty of space to spread out and relax with privacy.

The living room has comfortable leather sofas and large screen TV with cable services to relax together. The space overlooks the pool deck through large sliding glass doors, plus has newly installed plank flooring.

Another unique aspect of this home is the fact that there is a southwest facing pool and hot tub, which means you will get sun on the pool year round! The pool also has a removable safety fence, for the comfort and security of those with younger children. Pool/spa heating available at an additional cost of $30 per day (may be discounted for longer stays).

In addition to all of the above, the house also comes with high speed Internet, TVs in each bedroom plus a Game Room with air hockey, foosball and shuffleboard tables. There is also a full sized washer and dryer for guest use.

And let's not forget the Windsor Hills Resort itself. The gated community features a water park pool with fountains, water slides and spa, a zero-entry community pool for the little ones, tennis courts, basketball courts, a volleyball court, ping pong tables, a themed outdoor playground, a game room, a movie theatre, a workout room, and a sundry shop which sells snack food and other convenience items including all those things you forgot. If they don't have it at the sundry shop, there is a grocery store (and other shops) less than 5 minutes drive away. The resort has a 3 car maximum per home.

This vacation home has it all: location, space, security and enough options for entertainment to tire out even the highest adrenaline kids!

The house is absolutely beautiful and the host is very responsive. If you are planning on coming to Kissimmee, please see if this rental is available because I promise you won't regret it. Each member of our party had their own bedroom and bathroom. It also comes with a pool and hot tub. Thank you again for making our vacation great!

Great 2019 Disney Stay

We really enjoyed this pool home for our 10 day stay at Windsor Hills. Getting to Disney is easy from this location. We love the location. This property was nicely decorated with very nice furnishings and the beds were fantastic. We had no issues during the stay and the owner was quick to respond to the booking and any questions. Highly recommended!

Excellent spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was spacious and clean, and the pool and outdoor area was great! We did have to contact the property management company for some trouble with the pool heater but they arrived in less than an hour and got everything fixed up for us. The location was great, we enjoyed the water slides at the community pool and it was a very close walk. The community is also very close to a Walmart, other restaurants and Disney World. Would definitely go back again!

Family Disney Vacation

The house at Windsor Hills was as advertised and suited our group of nine perfectly. All had spacious bedrooms with baths so line for the bathroom. The pool was a big hit with our 6, 8, and 9 year old grandchildren. The location is perfect. Only a short drive to all the Disney parks. Groceries were a quick task as Walmart is less than a mile away. I would recommend this property highly.

Great Family Vacation

The house was perfect! We had some family with us at the beginning and there was plenty of space for everyone! The house is in great condition and had everything we needed! The beds are comfortable, which helps after a long day at Universal or Disney. We only had one issue, the pool/hot tub would not heat up, but we called the management company and they were here in a matter of hours and had it fixed. Lexy, the owner, was very responsive and easy to work with. And the location just can’t be beat!! Close to shopping, restaurants and only a 10-15 min drive to Disney! I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful House - GREAT Location

We stayed at this property at the end of September. House was clean. Plenty of space for our party of 7. Beds were comfortable and we appreciated the supply of towels and, kitchen ware etc...We had a couple of days stuck in the house with Hurricane Ian, but the game room, PS4 and TVs helped pass the time. The location is close to all the Disney parks and just a short drive to Sea World and Universal. Wal-Mart is just down the road. The resort community is quiet and clean. Definitely recommend and we hope to stay again in the future.

Lessons learned

We stayed during January and unfortunately there was colder weather than expected. We had paid for the pool to be heated but that and the hot tub were definitely cold. We talked to property managers twice about this, and after still no adequate resolution I contacted the listing party through VRBO messages. The pool was "ok" on our last full day there and we finally got to spend some time using it. The pool and hot tub at the clubhouse were nicely warmed during all of this despite the cold climate, I must add. Lesson learned: I will not be bothering with renting a house with a personal pool ever again. It's not worth the added cost to only enjoy one day. (I also won't be going in January again and risking colder than usual temperatures.)Pay attention when booking this home: there is no additional toilet paper, hand soap, etc. A quick trip to the nearby Walmart was necessary to get some essentials for a family of 6 to spend a week. It was nice the home had a crib, high chair and pool towels available for use.

House Experience

Home was very nice. Nice size for my family. Home came with appliances, toiletries, cookware, dishes, and other household items to get you through the few days for your stay. Which was very appreciated.The only thing I did not like was how some areas of the bathroom by the toilet had a bad urine odor smell. And certain areas of the house by the vent had dust on them. House needs to be cleaned and dusted more thoroughly. And how some things were broken in the house such as the basketball game leg were broken, blinds kept falling down, and the refrigerator shelf was cracked. Other than that everything was good.

Overall, it was pleasant. These were our concerns, one of the the plastic trays in the refrigerator was broken; the countertop had stains (see photos). One of comforters wasn’t clean. We were locked out Saturday night and had to call management. He discovered that the battery wire (in the lock) was cut. He said the wire was sliced and did it understand how that could happen, neither could we and the doors to the pool did not have an alarm only sensors which did not work. I hope someone responds to this info, we didn’t expect this. Thank you.

Perfect Florida getaway

This is our 2nd time staying at this property and it won't be our last! We love how spacious everything is, and having a bathroom for every bedroom is a huge plus. The pool and hottub are great and the community is close to a lot!

Presidents Day Weekend at Disney World

We have stayed in Windsor Hills many times, but had not stayed at this house yet. The best thing about this house is that it feels more like home than most houses. The furniture and decorations make it feel less like a rental and more cozy. The house also has everything we could possibly need including a crib for my grandson. If that was on the listing we missed it, but we're pleasantly surprised. This is the only Windsor Hills house we've stayed in that had crib, and like I said had everything we could've possibly needed on our trip. Thank you for having us at your house.

Family time at Disney

We stayed a week at this property. Very nice and safe facilities. Older well built home that needs a bit of updating but would stay there again. Things such as the den furniture is all broken down; only two of the pieces actually reclined. The vertical blinds fall off the track constantly when going out the storm door. The shower floor is always leaking when you shower even though the doors are closed. The garbage disposal wouldn't drain properly but when we called, they came out quickly to repair. The hostess is very attentive to any issues. I would recommend staying at this property.

Disney Convenience

The property was perfect for our family of ten. Love that each bedroom has its own bathroom. The location to Disney parks was awesome. I think the farest park was about 15 minutes for us. Overall we had a wonderful trip. The house could use some updating. We were gone all day so it was fine for us!

Location is Great

Great location to Disney, nice neighborhood and near a large Walmart for any needs. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We missed where it is noted that the rental is considered a "self care" - meaning that there are very few amenities (one dishwasher pod, no paper towels, no extra toilet paper, etc) so just know that you will need to provide.

It was just ok

House definitely needs to be updated. Beds comfortable but one was held together with something that looked like a rubber band. Cupboards dirty and worn down, counters have burn mark from hot pan next to stove. Carpet throughout living room which is right off pool so it was hard not to be wet.
