Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
I had to call an after hours phone number to get my access code because they didn’t send the email over I was told to wait for. I was sent to the main lobby of the resort by the guard shack to be told at the lobby that my information was not in there system since Expedia uses a outside rental company to manage this property ( not explained anywhere in my communications thru Expedia). I get that email a week later with a completely different number than what I was given. The unit has old worn out beds, one full set of kitchen utensils, the front door has a broken window due to the door slamming shut. Room needs major updates!
The resort itself was amazing. The pool was clean and quiet. The guards staff was always very friendly and welcoming.
