My stay was nice, had a great time with friends. The only thing that was a little uncomfortable was that the first floor was wam, the second floor was much cooler., also all the shower had no pressure and did not have a hose. Other than that the beds were comfy and there was plenty of room.

Perfect vacation

I’ve stayed in this area several times for vacations. Everything was just as advertised. SO CLOSE TO DISNEY- we have stayed at Disney resorts which were very nice, however this was a 10 minute drive and the cost was about 1/5 of the cost and we had our own pool in addition to the large resort pool. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Don’t be fooled by the pictures. These were obviously taken when the property was new. The same couch is there. It’s no longer white, it’s brown. The walls were so dirty. The dryer vent wasn’t even connected to the dryer. So not only did it blow dust and linteverywhere, It also made the entire downstairs very hot. TheTVs in the rooms were so small that it was hard to see them from the bed. And if you do choose to stay here, bring some covers cause there are no extra. The sheets weren’t clean. The walls were not clean. The floor wasn’t clean. The pool was so small. You could maybe fit three people in there. Would definitely not ever rent it again.

Basic Stay, Convenient Location

Pros: Location, Community Spaces, Gated, End Unit, Keyless Entry. Improvements Needed: Cleanliness, Kitchen Basics like oil and spices. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Some bed linens were stained, certain areas were dusty .

Orlando trip

This is a fabulous property for a family vacation. The home features plenty of space. The bedrooms were all very comfortable. We enjoyed the clubhouse especially on the check-in day since we couldn’t get into the property until 4:00. The clubhouse was in walking distance from the house. There are plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Very close proximity to all the major attractions.

Nice, convenient to most areas for this trip, minor issues with home (which have already been communicated with home owner). Would stay again and loved the space.

Decent , dryer needs replaced/fixed

The location at the complex is fantastic. The amount of bedrooms and private pool is a great factor especially when thinking about coming back again with extended family. The rental organization communication was great. I do think the place could use a touch up of paint/walls wiped down. Most were covered in dirt and grime. Only negative thing I have to say about the house was the dryer. As soon as you turn it on it smelt of fire/burning. As a result I had to have the clothes air dry. Which was a bit frustrating since I had a few loads to do

Multiple issues

I booked this property with high hopes , and was extremely let down ! First night , my son found a toe nail in his bed . Our next issue was the coffee table , not sure exactly what the crew used , but it had a thick brown polish covering the table that stained my grandsons shorts , we wiped that clean after , we also paid extra to have a heated pool , ( it was luke warm at best ) we did use it , but we shivered the entire time . We had other family members in a house close by and their pool was like bath water , so we knew ours was not heated properly. Don’t plan on getting a hot shower , there were 7 of us , and we needed to plan out shower schedules if we wanted hot water . My one shower I felt like I was camping because I turned the water off when I was lathering up , hoping to save hot water . I was unsuccessful!!!! Next issue was our washing machine . On our last day we were hoping to wash clothes to not go home with dirty laundry ( which is a big reason I rent properties with a washer and dryer) well we left , to come back to the floor flooded with water , used every towel in the house and started mopping up the massive amounts of water that poured out from the machine . Talk about a mess and nightmare when your on vacation! Needless to say we messaged the property manager regarding it , not sure if it was ever fixed because I was too scared to turn it on again and took home dirty laundry 😒. Location was great and check in was easy . But I would not recommend .

February heat

We have stayed at Storey Lake numerous times at the townhouses. The townhouses are usually four bed room and this is an end unit with five bedrooms. The location has nice views of the water and an easy walk to the Club. We had a group of five- three adults and two children 10 and 15. The description say it can accommodate up to ten people. The living area inside and pool- barely was adequate for the five of us. The living room needs more furniture especially for a group larger than five. For larger groups than ours I would recommend getting a house rental on a different part of the development as it has more space for the comfort of its guests.

PERFECT FOR OUR FAMILY - GREAT LOCATION

Great location - close to Disney and Universal. Close to lots of eating establishments. Our family had a great time. We loved that there were 4 bathrooms and plenty of room for everyone. The staff was very responsive and the check in was so easy. They even gave us a late check out because our flight wasn't until 5 pm. We will definitely stay here again!!!

We had a wonderful time, the house was clean and beautiful. The location was perfect! Close to the convention center and Universal Studios:)

Short stay

Property looks just like the pictures. The bathrooms could’ve been cleaner but it wasn’t too bad. The WiFi was horrible unfortunately so we weren’t able to make use of the TVs. Location was perfect we were able to travel around without any issue. The activities they offer were good entertainment for the kids. The only issue I had was that there was one tub throughout the entire house which was inside of my friends room. Having children 5 and under it wasn’t the best but for all adults it would be perfect. I would stay here again I felt it was a good experience.

Great place - guard check in very slow

It was great. The place does look bigger online. Needs more living room seating. The neighborhood checkin process Extremely slow, 45-60 minutes wait! Other than those things it was great!
