I thought this was going to be a regular hotel but it was an entire resort! The staff was incredibly friendly. We used their shuttle service to get around the property a lot and they were so nice. We also loved the fact that we could text the front desk with any questions/requests rather than call. They also texted us after our shuttle to make sure our needs were met. The food at the restaurants was great, and the pina coladas were even better. Everything about the experience blew us away, especially for the price.
