Nestled in the peaceful Highlands Reserve community, the home sleeps up to 8 guests and is loaded with everything you need - Smart TVs in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary WiFi, and games in the garage to keep everyone entertained long after the parks close.

• Check-out before 10am

• Quiet hours are 9pm – 6am

• Commercial vehicles, RV’s, Trailers, Buses, or Boats are not allowed in Highland Reserve

• We provide a basic starter kit of essentials. For extended stays, Publix, Walmart, Target are all around 10 minutes away.



• Dishwashing supplies

• Shampoo, Conditioner, Lotion

• Toilet Paper and Paper Towel

• Laundry Detergent, Dryer Sheets



Pool/Spa Heat:

• If you would like to pay for the optional pool/spa heat, please message us after you finalize your booking. Pool / Spa heat is not included in the nightly rate. It is $25/night. Must be made 48 hours in advance.

• We cannot heat the pool/spa for specific days of your stay.

• Pool is heated to 85(°F)

• When you turn on Spa mode, the Spa is heated to 102(°F).

• The pool is not heating when Spa mode is turned on.

• Pool pump and heater run from 8am – 8pm daily. You can turn on spa mode anytime.

• It takes the spa around an hour to reach its max temp, especially in the colder months.



***Please note that if the outside air temperature drops below 55(°F), the pool heat exchanger may not work and we cannot guarantee that the pool and spa will reach the desired temperature.***
