it's a great place to stay. great distance from theme park. the place was kinda clean. previous renter didn't take the trash out. overall, it was okay... it does need a couple more thing to buy to make it livable - toilet paper, detergent and all the other stuff...

My kids enjoyed being able to play in the pool and the house had plenty of space for the 5 of us so they had a great time m, the house was in a gated community so u would think our rental car was ok parked outside but it wasn’t someone tried to break into it and did damage to our rental car

check in was okay until i found a dryer full of towels that the maids didnt fold and put away and then from sunday through thursday there was a big issue with the smoke detectors they kept going off every 20-30 minutes and i tried to call i couldnt reach nobody i left messages and finally on the day before i leave somebody comes out and fixes the alarm so literally the whole 4 days i got hardly no sleep then i was told by expedia that all my fees were included i ended up having to pay an additional $97 and then the pool was not heated it was freezing cold but they claim the pool was heated so we hardly could use the pool due to no heat in it but other than that it was a good stay

Checking in was easy as the info was sent to me the day prior to check in. We didn’t know what to expect except number of bedrooms, bathrooms & pool since they combine all photos of all their houses on every listing. If you don’t care what to expect then not a big deal, I like to see exactly what the house looks like but didn’t realize that until after arriving. The house was clean & ready for us. The beds are the worse part of the entire house. If you have back problems bring a mattress topper or air mattress, i promise it’ll be more comfortable than the beds. We didn’t have hot water our first night so I text the number provided a couple of times with no response. Once we returned home from the park I called the other number listed & I believe it was the owner picked up. He walked me through how to trouble shoot the water heater & that fixed it. Other than that we had no issues.

House was dirty, very dusty, dirty pots and pans, moldy shower curtains, dirty walls. Paid for pool heat they apparently forgot switch on, turned on a day later but forgot to adjust the plumbing to include the heater in the circuit. Not a response as to my many inquiries, very poor customer service

House was ok. Having no internet or tv for the whole trip was a nightmare. Reached out several times to different given numbers. One said they were not the property managers for the property. The other sent someone who couldn't fix the problem. I want a major refund as the 4 of us had to travel somewhere to get service to be able to work. No tv was brutal!!!!!!!

The stat was excellent except the pool was so cold it was unusable. We had to pay to heat it but then we were told the overnight temperatures made heating it impossible. We were disappointed but other then that it was wonderful

I would not rent from this company . The process was easy to follow to get in. But when we called to tell the company that the TV in the living room was broke that the garbage disposal was broke and the hot tub didn’t work. They never answered the first 2 times, then we they did they could not have been more rude. All we wanted was to let them know about a few deficiencies. The woman from the company was rude and kept talking over us, she said that we did not pay extra for heating of the hot tub. There is no where in the contract where we saw this. Needless to say I would not rent from this agency.
