The resort clubhouse also offers a Cyber Café, ATM, and printing, scanning and fax services. Fees may apply for some clubhouse services.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests have access to the entire home and private splash pool, except for one locked housekeeping closet.
GATED COMMUNITY ENTRY
Pooh’s Hideaway is located in a gated community with 24-hour staffed security. Each driver entering the community must present a valid driver’s license and vehicle registration.
The name of the guest who booked will be added to the security gate list. Guests arriving in separate vehicles must provide the full name of each driver in advance so they can also be added.
CHECK-IN
Easy, contactless entry is available through the keyless smart lock on the front door.
Check-in instructions will be sent before arrival. If you have not received them by 24 hours before check-in, please contact me through the platform.
PARKING

RESORT & WATERPARK ACCESS
Free access to the Windsor Hills Resort amenities and waterpark is included.

• Pick up wristbands at the Welcome Center inside the main clubhouse
• Welcome Center/Clubhouse: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
• Community pool: 8:00 a.m.–10:00 p.m.
• Waterpark: 10:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m.

AGE REQUIREMENT
The booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
PET & ALLERGY NOTICE
Due to severe allergies, pets are not permitted. If an unauthorized pet is brought onto the property, a $500 cleaning and sanitization charge will apply, subject to booking-platform policy.
CLIMATE
Our home features an energy-conscious climate system designed to balance comfort, sustainability, and responsible energy use.
To help conserve energy when most guests are off on their adventures, the thermostat automatically returns to its eco-setting of 78°F each day at 11:00 AM. When you return—or anytime you're relaxing at home—simply adjust the temperature to your preferred comfort setting.
To ensure reliable cooling throughout your stay, the thermostat cannot be set below 68°F, as excessively low settings can cause the system to freeze and stop cooling. The system may also pause if exterior doors are left open for an extended period.
These thoughtful measures help reduce environmental impact, support the conservation-minded spirit of our Hundred Acre Wood theme, and allow us to continue offering exceptional accommodations at competitive rates. Most importantly, you remain in control of your comfort throughout your stay while partnering with us to support sustainable travel.
PRIVATE POOL HEAT
Optional pool heating is available for an additional charge. If the outdoor temperature drops below 45°F, pool heating must be paused to protect the equipment. Any applicable unused pool-heating charge will be refunded.
POOL SERVICE & CONDITION
Our pool is professionally serviced on a regular schedule and is kept clean, sanitized and ready for your enjoyment. Technicians may briefly access the screened patio during your stay.
As with many Florida pools, you may notice minor cosmetic signs of age, including slight surface staining. While not visually perfect, the pool is well maintained and safe for swimming.
Florida weather may also occasionally bring patio sand, debris, insects or even an adventurous earthworm into the pool between service visits. Please let us know if anything needs attention during your stay.
STARTER SUPPLIES
The home is stocked with several days’ worth of starter supplies, including paper products, soaps and detergents. Because this is a self-service vacation home, guests staying longer will need to replenish supplies as needed.
Groceries and pantry items are not provided or guaranteed, although items may occasionally remain from previous guests.
MAINTENANCE DURING YOUR STAY
Emergency and security-related maintenance will be addressed during your stay; non-urgent maintenance may be scheduled after checkout. Please notify us promptly through the platform if you discover anything damaged, missing or not working properly so the issue can be documented and addressed appropriately.
LEFT-BEHIND ITEMS
Retrieval of left-behind items will incur a $50 fee. Shipping costs are additional, so please complete a careful final walk through before departure.
MAIL & DELIVERIES
United States Postal Service mail delivery is not available at this address.
WEATHER, OUTAGES & RESORT AMENITIES
Weather conditions, natural disasters and power outages are beyond our control. Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 through November 30. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Refunds will not be considered except in the event of a declared state of emergency or mandatory evacuation, or when required by the booking platform’s applicable policy.
Resort amenities may occasionally close because of weather, repairs, maintenance or other circumstances beyond our control.
