You’ll be conveniently located near Disney and Central Florida’s most popular attractions, while enjoying access to Storey Lake’s impressive resort amenities.
## First Floor
The main living room offers a comfortable place to recharge after a day at the theme parks. Settle into the spacious seating area and stream a movie or favorite show on the large Smart TV.
The fully equipped kitchen makes group meals easy, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading to Disney or enjoying dinner together at home. Appliances, cookware, utensils, dinnerware, and glassware are provided for your convenience.
Six counter seats create a casual spot for breakfast, snacks, or conversation, while the nearby dining area provides additional room for shared meals. If you prefer dining out, you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants within easy reach.
Open the sliding glass doors and step onto the covered lanai, where outdoor seating overlooks your private pool and spa. It’s a welcoming setting for sunny afternoons, relaxed meals, and peaceful evenings by the water. 🌴
A laundry room is also conveniently located downstairs.

- A maximum of 5 vehicles is permitted per reservation.
- Every vehicle must follow all community and HOA parking rules.

- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM.
- Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM.
**Early Check-In and Late Check-Out**
- Early check-in and late check-out may be available for $45 per hour, depending on availability.
- Please contact us in advance so that we can confirm availability.
### 🗑 Trash and Waste Disposal
- All household trash must be placed in 13-gallon trash bags.
- Please place bagged trash inside the trash bins located at the front of the house.
- The HOA collects trash every morning.
### ♨️ Optional Pool Heating
- Pool heating is available for $35 per day.
- For the best heating results, please request this service at least three days before your arrival.
### 🔥 Optional Grill Rental
- A four-burner grill is available for $105 per week, including one full propane tank.
- Additional rental days are $15 per day.
- An additional propane refill is $40.
### 🧻 Starter Supplies
To help guests settle in, the home includes an initial supply of essential items such as toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
Guests staying for a longer period may need to purchase additional supplies during their stay.
### 🛁 Towel Policy
- Bath towels are provided exclusively for use inside the bathrooms.
- The pool towels provided at the home may only be used at the private pool.
- Guests must bring their own towels when visiting the clubhouse pool, water park, beach, or any off-site location.

Quiet hours are observed daily from 10:00 PM until 7:00 AM to help maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.

We will be accessible for our guests via phone, text, or the Airbnb app.
Expect a quick and prompt response. We give our guests space but are available for every inquiry.

The best way to get around is by car with free parking included during your stay.
Guests can also use a taxi service or a rideshare company like Uber with plenty of cars at any time of the day or night.
Other Things to Note:
Resort pass sharing is not allowed.
Due to food and safety concerns, we do not provide amenities related to food including salt, pepper, sugar, and spices.

Please note that during winter cold months, pool heaters will generally heat the water temperature to 78-82°F and may be unable to go much higher because of the cold ambient temperature.
