Disney adventure

Location was great for our 3-day Disney adventure. Location also made a convenient to go to restaurants and other entertainment. Check-in was a breeze and so was check out. Great accommodations for our group. Plenty of room for all of us to have our own space. It's great to have a pool for the kids and it was nice and quiet in the neighborhood.

Nice Comfortable Home

Nice place to stay especially if you want more space and a private pool, instead of a hotel room. Each bedroom (4) was tastefully decorated and had their own tv's. Also having two dining areas, two living room areas and on prem laundry.

Great Property

The house itself was clean. My only “complaint” is that it’s a bit outdated and probably needs some updated kitchen appliances. Nothing was really an issue, just older! The neighborhood is cute, my husband and I felt comfortable walking our dog in the evenings. The pool was COLD! Our son still swam in it a bit, but even when it was warm out, the pool was hard to be in. Overall, it’s a good vacation property to stay in. Close to Disney for sure, just be ready for the Disney traffic on the main road!

Nice vacation home!

This home, amenities, and location met our needs for our family of four for nine nights at the end of March. However, it would have been even better if the pool had been heated and we would have used it more. The weather was hot most of the week (low 30s Celsius, high 80s F), but the pool was about 74 F, still swimmable, but on the chilly-side even in the sun.

The property was great. We only had one issue that was the cleanliness of the home. The rental company did do a great job responding to our issues. However we did have to purchase bed sheets and towels the night we checked in due to the time we arrived. Overall it was a great stay.

First time using VRBO

The house needs attention and fixing. Under the kitchen sink needs replacement. The pool was not appealing and needs to be redone. It looked like something growing on the floor of the pool and I was told that it was deteriorating. The walls going up the stairs is chipped and needs fixing. Neighbors are nice and friendly but if you have a newborn or picky with noise, you can hear everything from outside in bedrooms. Overall a good place to rest your head at night and head out for activities next day. Currently wouldnt recommended if looking for a place to hangout by the pool.

Cleanness of property

During post COVID 19 pandemic this home was not very clean, we had to sweep and clean floors and bathroom areas. Master bedroom bathroom overflow drain has nasty crusty sinks. My wife shook the bathroom rugs and they had unspeakable items coming out of it. Not impressed. I’m guessing the owner is unaware? Thinking it maybe being managed by a property management agency.

Extra charges

So….. my husband, myself and 2 adults went down. NO PETS. They charged us an additional $150 for fees for us having a “pet”. I emailed them back and asked that they check cameras so they could see we didn’t have a pet with us and got NO RESPONSE. I’m not sure if the cleaning people just didn’t clean well enough or if the owners used an old photo to “prove” we had an animal. Don’t use this company for your Kissimme trip, stay somewhere else or you might get fake charges.

We’d stay here again

A few minor bumps but overall, we had a nice time. The house was comfy and roomy for us (5 adults - 2 kids) Kitchen (pots/pans/utensils, etc was adequately stocked for an extended stay. Was nice having two dining areas because one was a perpetual craft area for the kids! There was an issue trying to access the property-we got in kind of late and the kids were tired and the code to the door wouldn’t work, so 20 minutes trying to get someone to answer the phone and give us direction was frustrating but finally got in. All the “heavy traffic” areas were clean, (a lot of dust bunnies under furniture and the tile floor needed a good scrubbing, a deep clean would do wonders!) The house is dated-at least needs paint inside and out. Two of the kitchen drawers were broken and some of the small kitchen appliances didn’t work. (I’m a landlord so I may be a little more critical than most!) And, the last week of our (5-week) stay, the power went out. We called the power company only to find out there was a problem with the account, however, power was restored 4 hours later. The neighborhood was nice and we felt safe out for a walk after dark, a lot of kids riding bikes and people walking their dogs, etc. Outside of the subdivision, the traffic is CRAZY. Overall we were comfy, was nice having the pool with the unseasonably warm weather, and the dryer actually dried our clothes :) We would recommend if staying in the area.

Haus etwas abgewohnt, Kakerlaken in der Küche.

Das Haus wirkt schon etwas abgewohnt, leider nur ein Masterbedroom. Für 2 Familien nicht so gut geeignet. Es wäre gut, wenn es im Haus etwas Bettwäsche zum wechseln gäbe.Elektrogeräte hochwertig, ausreichend Geschirr vorhanden. Poolbereich läd nicht zum verweilen ein. Nur 2 Liegen vorhanden. Und eine Sitzgruppe. Ein Schlafzimmer ohne Beleuchtung.
