The Neighborhood:
Bella Vida Resort is a beautiful, gated community located in Kissimmee, Florida. The neighborhood is situated just minutes away from some of Orlando's most popular attractions, such as Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. The community itself is filled with lush greenery and boasts a stunning lake with a walking trail that's perfect for an afternoon stroll. The resort offers a wide range of amenities for its guests, including a clubhouse with a fitness center, game room, and swimming pool.

Getting Around:
Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side by side, and up to (2) vehicles in the garage. Please note that street parking is prohibited.

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.

Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.

It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
