The rooms were clean, lovely and spacious. The hotel has 3 pools and is just a lovely relaxed hotel. There was free wifi. It was in a great location - there is a lot do do in walking distance and it is near Universal Studios and fairly near Disney. It's good value for money.

My family of four were in town for a basketball tournament. We enjoyed the pool, there is a store on property that is 24hours and very convenient, the beds were a little small but very comfortable. We interacted with the housekeeping staff, the front desk, security, and maintenance and all were very nice and always had a smiling face.

THE STAFF SEEM TIRED OR BOTHER, I STAY HERE BEFORE AND THE LADYS WERE FRIENDLY AND NICE, THE PLACE IS CLEANER IN THE ROOMS NOT SO MUCH IN THE PROPERTY, IT WAS NOTICIBLE GARBAGE IN THE CORRIDORS AND TRASH CANS OVERFLOWING, IS A SHAME BECOUSE IS NEAR EVERYTHING AND RIGHT IN THE CENTER, THE PRICE IS AFFORDABLE AND CONVENIENT, WOULD STAY AGAIN AND RECOMENDED I JUST HOPE THAT THEY PAY MORE ATTENTION ,

We arrived early from a red eye flight and they checked us in early without even asking. They also accommodated us to have our second room close together and by the pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. They have a mini “7-Eleven” store on site and a couple of nice restaurants. It’s located within walking distance to many places and restaurants. Enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel staff at check in were very polite and nice. I loved the location of the hotel. Very close to food, games, rides, movies, shopping, etc. The hotel was dated and the pool was pretty small. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. For the price and the location I gave it 4 stars. But if your looking for 5 star accommodations not this hotel. We didnt get a chance to try the food at the restaurant in the hotel so I cannot give reviews.

The room was really big for the price. It was in great walking distance to the convention center and lots of good food! The room was really clean just had a little bit of a smell but it went away pretty quickly!
