The Space:

Natural light fills the home, and sliding doors invite you to step out for a quiet moment on the covered patio or enjoy the evening air. Whether you’re sharing meals, watching a movie, or planning the next adventure, the space encourages both relaxation and connection.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 8 guests across three thoughtfully arranged bedrooms. Bedroom 1 features a king bed for a restful night’s sleep. Bedroom 2 includes two bunk beds, ideal for kids or groups. Bedroom 3 offers a queen bed, creating a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. With 2 baths, mornings and evenings can be managed with ease for the whole group.



Living spaces

An open-plan layout gives everyone room to spread out, unwind, and spend time together. The main living area is designed for shared moments, whether you’re enjoying a movie on the TV or simply relaxing in the cool comfort of air conditioning. A dedicated workspace and Wifi make it easy to stay connected or catch up on tasks if needed.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen provides a full setup where you can prepare meals at your own pace, from simple breakfasts to sit-down dinners. A dining table brings everyone together indoors, while the adjacent covered patio offers an inviting setting for outdoor dining when you want to enjoy the fresh air.



Outdoor & facilities

Step outside to the covered patio or balcony, offering a place to slow down with a drink or take in the surroundings. Guests also have access to a pool and a gym within the community. Free parking on premises and self check-in with a smart lock make arrival and daily plans simple and flexible.



Conveniences

A washer and dryer are available for longer stays, along with essentials, bed linens, and clothing storage to help you settle in comfortably. Heating and ceiling fans complement the air conditioning to keep the home comfortable throughout your stay, while home safety features such as a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit provide added peace of mind.



Neighborhood

Located in the Reunion community, the home sits in a quiet, residential setting known for its golf courses and relaxed atmosphere. A short drive connects you to Orlando’s well-known attractions, including Magic Kingdom, SeaWorld, and Universal Studios, while nearby dining, entertainment, and local experiences are easily within reach.

The Neighborhood:

Reunion is a fun-filled luxury gated community that will make you feel like enjoying a stroll around one of the many golf courses. Many people are full time residents, so please drive the 25 MPH speed limit at all times and watch for golf carts! :) While Reunion has many wonderful restaurants to enjoy, out the back gate, you will find every type of food you can imagine, alligator farms, airboat rides and a flurry of water parks and places of enjoyment!



Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the resort, which is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the parking lot.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



All reservations require damage protection, processed via our third-party system before arrival:

- 1-Night stays: $250 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, released after a damage-free checkout inspection).

- 2+ Night stays: Choose between the $250 refundable deposit or a non-refundable $20/night damage waiver (max $100), covering accidental damage beyond normal wear.

Note: Deposit holds expire after 7 days. For longer stays, the hold is released on day 6 and re-authorized to keep coverage continuous.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.
