Disgusting

Old, rundown and stinky. Sheets had pilling which was very uncomfortable. Only thing positive was location close to Disney.

Will never recommend this hotel to anyone

Was a horrible experience as everything was dirty and old especially the sheets were dirty and old too! They didn’t even provide shampoo ! There were only two small towels avaialable ! They gave a key to open the room door ! Door was real dirty and brokenand no ice bucket was there

I didn’t like anything about this property. We booked two nights and as soon as we got there we weren’t pleased with the cleanliness of the room. We canceled the reservation as soon as we got there and the front desk man, Bernard, told us cancellation wasn’t available and if we wanted to look at another room. We weren’t please with the other room. We called expedia and expedia talked to Bernard and Bernard told the expedia representative, Ella, that he didn’t know the reason why we wanted to cancel. He also told Ella that the manager wasn’t available that night and to call back the next morning. Expedia still hasn’t been able to get a hold of a manager and we haven’t been refunded our money. We are currently taking further action with Sun Inn and Suites and Expedia, because we were not pleased with anything. We didn’t stay at the hotel at all and we haven’t been refunded our money. Don’t stay here, it’s not worth it.

Do not stay bad experience in general.

Didnt feel comfortable to stay there and manager didnt care they wouldnt let me change reservation to go somewhere else or get money back...hotels.comcouldnt help either. I didnt want to risk it with drug dealing etc going on and traveling alone. You shouldnt force someone to try to stay if you are not comfortable. Poor call on management. So they took my money anyway and i paid for another place to stay. Do not stay here.

Sleeping with the roaches ( not with the enemy)

Sorry to say..but it's Roach infested. When lights went off, within 5 mins we saw 7 roaches crawling everywhere, even the bed..see the pics, Dead and Alive..Could barely sleep after being transferred from a roach infested room on first floor to the second floor, close to the office, which seemed to be OK. Late at night, there were many residents hanging out, even kids..Overall, felt like a 1.5 star motel. Close to everything, that's why it gets the 1 star. Would not come back.

Don’t get tricked by the smile at front desk.

The room was nasty with roach stuff everywhere. Frig was dirty. Lady at front was the best thing with her smile to trick you about what your about to walk in. I wouldn’t send my enemy to stay there

Well, upon opening the door to the room we saw a nice clean king bed but thats where the nice stopped. Very dumpy old room with dirty carpet, peeling shower, a fridge that was huge, dented and rusty. We decided we were not staying! Went down the street and spent $20 more for a better space.

Good Enough, for the money.

Only here long enough to sleep, and watch some TV; while visiting Disney. Beds were clean and comfortable enough. The place is obviously rundown. I wouldn’t want to just hangout in the room for very long. Never saw any bugs. A/C was a little noisy, but bearable. Fridge and microwave in room. Very pleasant at the front desk. You get what you pay for; and I’ve been to worse places than this. I’d stay again.

The rooms were dirty and had roches inside. Rooms look nothing like the pictures. Room was one rate on expedia and different rate was charged. My sons shoes were stolen by the pool area. Shower was dirty we ended up not even showering there.

Ok for Rest Stop

The Receptionist was nice and check in was easy. The Room was ok but the toilet was making weird noises here and there and the tub was damage.. There was also roaches unfortunately. I just wanted to stay somewhere nearby Disney for one night. This was a last minute option in the end.

The room we got was not the room shown in the pictures. I called customer service about it they told me to speak to the people in the front about it. They offered me another room but I already felt bad about it I felt like hotels.com she took care of it for me. They put me in a really uncomfortable situation. The room that we got was unrenovated and the beds were uncomfortable. However it was clean and there were no bugs.

So we come to check in and they staff is just here for the money, Get into room, the rooms are VERY out dated and outlets are uncovered, stains in the carpet etc. Open the fridge to put a drink and there is someone’s leftover food in the fridge, we go down to the front office to let them know and the say they will send management up to our room, a man with the hotel logo on his shirt said do you have a problem and my boyfriend asked if he was the manager and he said no then walked down a few rooms and then come back and said I may be the manager and then walked away and then told us to clean out the fridge. Very poor management ! I definitely do NOT recommend staying here !

The room was comfortable. The cleanliness is something else. There was hair all over the sink countertop and in the shower. The tub was badly stained and when you opened the shower, water also came out the regular faucet. A waste of water, no? The toilet bowl moved when you sat on it. A roach greeted us in the bathroom upon arrival. The floor had a straw when we arrived and even though I complained, it was never picked up. I finally threw it out when I left. As for the hair, I also had to clean it up. That should have been taken care of by the cleaning staff.
