Guest Access

General: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire magical home, situated in the secure gated community of Paradise Palm Resort.

Parking: Free parking is available for 1 vehicle on the private driveway. Free street parking is available if required.

Work From Home: Free, high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the First Suite.

Family: We’ve got you covered with plenty of amenities for little ones, including a Pack ‘n Play, a high chair, baby bath, baby monitor, changing table, and plenty of books, toys, and games!

Pool Heating: Guests may request the private pool to be heated at an additional fee.

Pets: No-pet policy.

Resort Access: Guests enjoy free access to the Paradise Palm Resort amenities, which include a huge resort-style pool and slides, spa, sauna, fitness center, basketball, volleyball, and tennis courts, movie theater, arcade room, shops, deli, and much more!

Check-In/Check-Out: Self-check-in via keypad. Check-in: 4pm. Check-out: 10am.

Security: “Ring doorbell” camera at the entrance. No cameras inside or in backyard.

No Smoking or Drug Use: Entire property is smoke-free, indoors and outdoors.

No Parties: Parties strictly prohibited. Noise violations are the guest’s responsibility.

Quiet Hours: 10pm - 8am (Resort policy).

Report Damage Immediately: Minor damages usually won’t be charged; larger issues will be discussed before departure.
