Pool and hot tub heating are available for an additional fee for those who like things a little warmer.

We've taken the garage, and turned it into your own personal arcade games room! Packed full of favorites like table tennis, foosball, and arcade basketball, it's sure to be the fav hang out spot when you've had too much sun for the day.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island. Stretch out and relax in the living room, and gather around the large capacity dining table when it's time for a meal.

Each of the 8 bedrooms is complete with plush bedding, flat-screen TVs, and most with en-suite bathrooms. The ground level of the home has separate King and Queen bedrooms, and the remaining 6 other bedrooms are all located upstairs. You'll also find the Mickey Mouse themed movie room up here. Enjoy your favorite Disney movies on the massive projection screen - the perfect way to wind down after a day at the theme parks.

Plus, there's all the comforts of home you'd expect, including air conditioning, in-home laundry machines, free onsite parking, and complimentary wifi. Located in the Windsor at Westside community, you'll have access to the resort amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, lazy river, and more. Plus, with Disney just a short drive away, you'll have endless entertainment options at your fingertips.

Guest Access:
You will have exclusive access to the home to relax and enjoy your vacation.

Our guests are provided with complimentary access to the Windsor at Westside Resort. They're open from 9:00am to 9:00pm and have a number of amenities, including a pool with slide, hot tub, lazy river, playground, video arcade, fitness center, basketball/tennis courts, volleyball courts, restaurants, bars, a lounge, and outdoor areas.

The resort permits 5 vehicles per residence. Vehicles can be park in the driveway and on the street. Please don't park on the grass, block sidewalks, pedestrian walkways, parking signs, fire hydrants, and neighbors’ driveways to avoid your vehicle being towed.

The Neighborhood:
Windsor at Westside is a gated vacation rental community close to Disney featuring an extraordinary 10 000 square foot clubhouse, lake and pier, zero-entry resort-style pool complete with a waterslide, lazy river, and kids’ water playground. The TuCasa Tiki bar and fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, beach volleyball courts, multi purpose sports courts, a video arcade and sundries shop.

Getting Around:
Windsor at Westside is perfectly located to give you easy access in to the back entrance of Disney World via Black Lake Road followed by Sherbeth Road, so you will experience very minimal traffic. Close to shops, supermarkets (publix) and restaurants it's a great location to explore all the Orlando theme park attractions.

Windsor at Westside is just 30 miles from Orlando International Airport via the 417 toll road which normally takes about 35 minutes and only costs a few dollars.

Additional Services:
• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.
