Very compact hotel but very friendly and approachable staff, made to feel very welcome. Parking was in a garage opposite the hotel, but unfortunately road works made it lot harder to get in and out of the garage. No the fault of the hotel

Good location friendly staff

Great location, friendly staff. Rooms are a but small but that is to be expected in a central location. One of our rooms did smell like cigarette smoke which was the only down side.

The location and reservable secure parking was fantastic. The room was good but small and tight with king bed in it. Shower door was silly half door that allowed bathroom floor to be soaked. Staff was excellent. Room was clean except for large whirlpool bath had much hair in it. Overall good value and was nice place to stay.

Dreadful micro tiny dark rooms

Dreadful dark small room with a view of a ladder. Not suitable for couples. I had upgraded room but it was quite micro sized. No place for luggage. We left early. Skip the breakfast, not worth it as there is the best bakery in town steps from the hotel.

At check in things went pear shaped as we were told one of the rooms had been cancelled- This was not the case as per my booking on the Expedia App 2 rooms booked and paid in November 2022 - Our travel companion was told her room was cancelled and the hotel was fully booked so she had to get a booking at another hotel - Then the hotel debited my credit card for the 2 nights after telling them the room was pre paid to Expedia in November. So now I am waiting on a reply to one receive a credit back as I have for 2 nights twice and we need a credit back for our travel companion as she did not get to stay the 2 nights in the Hotel that was pre paid and has had to pay for 2 nights at a different hotel. I am looking forward to this being resolved ASAP as a long standing Gold Member with countless bookings over many years. The Hotel offered no apologies for the mix up and tried to blame me for the room cancelation till I showed them the confirmation on the booking App

The Hotel Orleans was very well located if you intend to visit the old quarter and down to the river. While the rooms are quite 'cosy' they are well appointed and clean. The staff were all happy and smiling and eager to help with information about Orleans for your stay. Car parking is located under the square just a 2-3 minutes walk from the hotel. The hotel issues you with a card before you enter the car park which you need to scan on entry and exit for a better rate than if you took a ticket at the barrier. Be aware, while the parking spaces are a reasonable size the entry and exit lanes are very tight and unfortunately I managed to curb my rear alloy as I was negotiating the exit barrier. Obviously this is not the fault of the hotel which I would definitely recommend.

Vi tog in på Hôtel D’Orleans för bara en natt men fick en positiv upplevelse överlag. På grund av försenat flyg så behövde vi checka in sent på natten vilket hotellet löste utan problem. Rummet var som förväntat, läget är utmärkt, det enda negativa var att vi fick endast en fullstor handduk trots att vi bodde i dubbelrum, samt att handdukarna kändes smått ofräscha. Skulle trots detta rekommendera hotellet för en kortare vistelse i Orleans.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Orléans, a couple of minutes’ walk from the Place du Martroi. It’s a well cared for, friendly small hotel. We arrived early, and the staff stored our bags in a cupboard opposite reception. When we checked in, we were upgraded, and the room was superb - very clean, comfortable and large. The shower was excellent. A very lovely, quiet and convenient place to stay.
