"Lovely, quiet stay, good breakfast and breathtaking view! Just a heads-up, there’s no ramp at the entrance, so you’ll have to carry your luggage up the stairs. A/C wasn’t available during our stay either. The weather was nice for keeping the windows open, but with allergy season, it’s kind of a trade-off: either close the window and deal with the heat, or open it and deal with allergies."

"We loved our stay here. The staff was so kind, and allowed us to check in early since we arrived 4 hours before usual check-in time. The hotel is very spacious and rooms were so quiet. Could not hear neighbors at all. Breakfast, while not included in room cost, had a good variety and it was nice to not have to go searching for a good cup of coffee and food around town first thing in the morning. The location was perfect for our trips to Bellagio and Como. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They have a communal lounge area where you can hang out and grab a drink, patio tables outside, and a restaurant that on its own is worth the visit. The breakfast was amazing and very filling. Rooms are serviced every day. Our apartment was comfortable with everything we needed. We chose to walk to and from the lake and although steep in parts, it is totally doable. There is a dedicated path so you aren’t walking on the road. They also offered to shuttle us which came in handy when we needed to catch our train the last day. We would definitely stay here again. "I searched for a hotel with parking and breakfast. Palazzo Novecento came up, but did not meet any of these criterias. Np parking, no reception and no real breakfast. No en-suite bathroom. The room itself was OK. Had to wait 20 minutes for the landlord to lock us in (after we had agreed arrival time and called ahead as they asked). We had to park some 4-500 meters away in the public parking. The breakfast was cakes/biscuits on a table in the hall, no drinks/coffee, and nowhere to sit. A very central location."
