"In general, I had a fine stay. I found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. Unlike many rooms in Europe, the room was quite spacious. And the breakfast selection was small but delicious.
Notwithstanding the above, I was frustrated that I was unable to find the hotel because I was not dropped in front of the hotel due to the pedestrian zone. Moreover, while there is a sign on the side of a building for the hotel, it is not near the entrance. I recommend better signage.
Another frustration was that the closest outlet was on the opposite side from the bed.
Finally, the rooms were not soundproof as I could hear noise on the street."
