In winter, you will be spoiled for choice. The La Curta escalator, only 150 metres from the house, takes you directly to Seceda and the famous Sellaronda ski circuit in the Dolomiti Superski. The Alpe di Siusi cable car is 250 metres away, the Rasciesa funicular with its panoramic sledding slope 600 metres away, and the Palmer children's slopes 500 metres away.
The same lifts operate in summer, taking you to the breathtaking UNESCO Dolomite hiking trails. Just 100 metres from the house, free buses allow you to explore all of Val Gardena and the highlights of South Tyrol with ease.
Directly behind the property runs the former Val Gardena railway track, now a scenic walking and cycling path that crosses the whole valley and features playgrounds, activity areas and panoramic viewpoints – ideal for families and nature lovers. Not all houses allow pets. To avoid misunderstandings, we ask you to inform us by separate mail if you intend to bring them with you. In houses where pets are allowed, there is a surcharge of € 15.00 / animal / night. Baby cot, high chair and cot rail are available for a fee and must be booked in advance.
Check-In after 7 p.m. only possible with prior notification by 6 p.m. day of arrival and upon submission of required documents and payment of tourist tax + extras by credit card for check-in
Heating is on from October to April (during this period the heating is not on if the outside temperature exceeds 15°c or if the inside temperature reaches or exceeds 21°C)
Charging of electric vehicles or other storage devices not permitted, unless otherwise stated in the advertisement. If allowed, it is available only after reconfirmation by MUSE.holiday and at a variable extra cost.
In case of wasted electricity, gas or other utilities there is an additional cost (e.g.: lights on all day in the absence of guests, heating running with open windows).
It is duty of the guests to open the windows at least twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening, for at least 5 minutes each, to let humidity exit the apartment and avoid mold formation. If this rule is not respected and mold is found upon departure of the guests, costs to restore the apartment integrity will apply.
Due to the geographical location, Wi-Fi may be interrupted or slowed down, so this service is not always guaranteed.
The house is not equipped with foodstuffs such as cooking spices or various consumables such as shampoo, soap, etc... Any consumables present are intended only as a welcome kit and will not be refilled during your stay.
The payments required to enter the flat are the tourist tax and the toruist tax, aswell as the check-in.
If not previously agreed, the physical keys, the benefit card and other accessories provided at check-in are to be returned to where they were retrieved, otherwise 50€ will be charged for key collection.
The final cleaning amount covers a staandard cleaning only. It does not include the washing of the dishes and the removal of trash from the apartments to the indicated spots. Therefore, excessively dirty apartments, dishes not washed, and trash not removed will be amended with a variable extra fee, basing on the entity of the working hours surplus.
