Enjoy our spacious 3 BR, 3BA lakefront condo, perfect anytime of the year! Contactless checkin. This is a main floor condo with one flight of stairs down to reach unit and no stairs inside the unit. Each bedroom has an adjoining full bath and two of the three bedrooms have access to a deck overlooking the beautiful cove. Triple sliding patio doors in each bedroom provide a view of the lake as well as blackout curtains for comfortable sleeping. Oscillating fan in unit. High chair and pack n play available for families with young children. The large main deck is accessed from the family room or primary bedroom. The main deck has comfortable seating for 6 at the patio table, a ceiling fan, Edison lights and an electric grill for you to enjoy during your vacation! The Knolls Resort complex has something for everyone and the best amenities at the Lake of the Ozarks! It features: an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, playground, fire pit, fishing docks, swim dock, exercise room, clubhouse with serving area, hot tub, sauna and steam room. Game room featuring a ping pong table and foosball. There is a boat launch and trailer parking. Please note a boat slip is NOT available for rent with the condo but a dock slip may be available for some dates and contact information can be provided to check with other Knolls owners. Knolls Resort is less than 2 miles from Margaritaville Resort which features multiple restaurants, golf courses, horseback riding, indoor water park and more! Many other bars and restaurants conveniently located within a few miles. The Lake of the Ozarks has fun for all: families, couples, reunions, girls trips, fishing trips . Families can enjoy go karts, mini golf, boating, state parks and caves just to name a few. There are many restaurants including a variety of waterfront options from family oriented to upscale dining. Adults can explore wineries, micro breweries, distilleries, outdoor concerts, shopping and many events throughout the year.

Great location and onsite amenities (swim dock, pool, pickleball) were convenient. Whitney was quick to repond and great to work with. Overall had a great experience. The only complaint was the cleanliness of the unit.

Nice area to stay

Property had a lot to offer. Tennis, basketball, a playyard for little kids, fishing off property, indoor and outdoor pool, foosball, table tennis, workout room, and saunas.Area is steep and lots, and lots of steps, so not really handicap accessible. Condo was roomy and very accommodating. Host provided ample toiletries and was not stingy.Nice view from patio. Beds comfy, except the master bed queen was rather oddly noisy every time we move.Condo was clean and has full washer and dryer which helped. Place was decorated nice and tastefully.We enjoyed our stay! Thank you.

Perfect Location! Wonderful Host

I loved the location of the condo and the view of the lake! The host didn't hesitate to make sure our stay was great and was extremely accommodating! Will definitely remember this place if we go to the Ozark's again!

Good location & activities

We enjoyed the location, views, pool, and tennis/pickle ball courts. The property was nice. The condo is dated but didn’t spend much time indoors so it was fine. Beds were comfortable and we had what we needed.

Annual Family Vacation

This condo was perfect for our family. We had no issues during our stay and enjoyed the space so much! The owners checked in with us during our stay to welcome us and said to let them know should we need anything. We already booked this unit for next year!

Great trip, but condo needs a little updating!

Great trip!! Traveled with 2 adults & 5 kids. The location, amenities, space, & back porch were all great! Kids fished right off the docks & kept catching. Plenty of room for the whole family & my kids love that they all had a very comfortable bed. Kitchen appliances, utensils, and cutlery need an update... but an easy fix.

Perfect

Located in a perfect spot to enjoy water sports and state parks alike. Activities on site to keep everyone busy. Enjoyed breakfast every morning on the back porch and ended each night playing cards on the same porch.

Exactly what we needed!

My family and I were thrilled about this property. We appreciated the space as it was homey, clean, and spacious. The Knolls has many amenities available. This was our first time at the Lake of the Ozarks and would definitely return as there was so much to do. If we return, we will definitely be using this property again!
