The dock has a large swim platform with western exposure to soak up the rays, and although the owner keeps his boat here there is plenty of room to tie up on the side of the dock. You can enjoy most of the amenities of the resort but there are a few areas that can only be enjoyed by resort guests. Tan Tar A Estates, Margaritaville is located just outside of Osage Beach off of Route KK and is close to all the lake area attractions including Big Surf Water Park, waterfront dining and nightlife!
