Parkview bay condo

This was a great condo to rent for our last minute trip! Marty was very responsive and helpful from our booking to our departure. The condo was well appointed for everything we needed to keep us comfortable. Highly recommend for couples or families!

Home Again!

This is the second time in two months that we have stayed here so that should tell you everything. It is absolutely beautiful, and Marty is so welcoming and a great Host. Will definately be back in the fall/winter again.

What a great stay!

Loved the condo and the host! The pictures represent inside of the condo well, but they can't show the beauty of the view from the balcony! The condo had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It felt very homey and comfortable. Marty was very responsive and helpful! We will definitely stay again!

Wonderful getaway!

Wonderful property from check in to check out. There were many homey touches, such as soaps, tissues, etc, which I appreciated. The view from the balcony was fantastic. Very comfortable furnishings. It was a very peaceful getaway for my son and I. We even met Marty the day we were leaving. He was very friendly and helped me with one of my bags! : ) Thank you Marty. We would definitely stay here again!

AMAZING HOSTS

I've booked many rental properties and Marty and his wife Nancy were by far the friendliest hosts I have ever dealt with. The condo was beautiful with an amazing view of the lake and the state Park. Very clean and everything you need for a get away. I hate that I'm writing this review because I don't want anyone else to rent it . I need this place to always be available🤣. Comfortable and clean condo- living room furniture was cozy and the beds and bedding were perfect. The ice machine was so nice to have- a real bonus for packing up a poolside cooler. We enjoyed our stay!

Great owners and Awesome place to stay

We went on a yearly fishing trip. Found this place in the area we wanted to be. We had great communication and was able to do a early check in. The boat slip was great with protected corners. The room was extremely clean and very nice. Will stay here again each year if possible

Nice quiet unit, very clean and spacious. Great view of the sunrise and no afternoon sun beating in on the balcony. No steps-complex has an elevator right there by the unit entrance. Would definitely stay here again. Owners very awesome to work with.

Long Weekend at the Lake

We loved our stay at the condo. It was a perfect size for 4 adults and 2 kids. Excellent location that was easy to get to and close to many of the attractions and restaurants. Marty is the perfect host and very quick to respond to our messages and questions. This condo stocked many items that other VRBO condos do not, such as plenty of towels, soap, hand towels for kitchen, shampoo, paper towels, lots of coffee and lots of cooking pans, dishes, small appliances, etc. The deck overlooking the lake was a favorite spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening.
