Family trip to the lake

This home was a great place to stay while in Lake of the Ozarks. The location on the water was second to none, and the large pier with a swim ladder was used every day! The house is on a cove that doesn’t get much boat traffic but you can see the main lake which was cool. The house was clean, the kitchen well stocked, the bedrooms were large and the air conditioning was effective in the 95 degree weather. The host was good with communication which made our stay easier. Recommended.

Amazing Weekend

My friends and I had the most amazing stay at this property. The dock was a perfect place for us to swim and the location was amazing! I would definitely come back!

Great Home

This was a really nice experience. Newly reno’d house in a small cove off the main lake. It was super clean and tidy and was setup perfectly with everything you could ever need. Give this one a try.

Wonderful Time At the Lake!

We loved staying at this property. The size was perfect. We had some friends come in for the weekend. Then family came in Monday-Friday. My husband's uncle has a place on the lake and he and his wife were able to pick us up in their boat and take us for a ride and to lunch. One thing I would suggest is adding something to the checkout checklist, and that would be to make sure you log out of any streaming services you may have logged into on the TV. Thank you so much! We may be back next year!!!

Location was the highlight of our stay

Location is fantastic. Didn’t feel pics were accurate of actual conditions of the house. Communicated and sent pics to manager. After several communications I didn’t want to spend more time trying to justify how I felt about the property. I questioned the AC working and was assured it was in working order prior to booking. Not the case. Housekeeping definitely could use improvement. I won’t go on about the details.

Cute little home, could’ve been cleaner.

One of the closets smelled very musky/moldy. We noticed an ant problem when we left a cup of orange juice on the counter for a couple hours and there were so many ants in it when we came back. Other that those two things, we had a pleasant experience.

Looked like they are installing new/shaky hand rails on the property, very unsettling to lean on. Lots of wood screws around from demo/installation. Top deck has new decking over old decking with large gaps, not sure if there is trim supposed to be installed in the middle or not. Fire pit was full of ash had to clean out to use. Parking is very limited, a short box pick up barely fits 3 vehicle max. Dock is very nice but steps leading down had little rocks all over with leaf's covering them (Shoes Required). All together the property was a 5/10.

Beautiful view house needs help

Positives- View is beautiful but Im sure crazy loud during high season. Loved the coffee bar! Negatives- House is worn and in some places down right gross. We had ants on the kitchen counter within 30 minutes of having food out. There are spiders and webs in every window and all over exterior doors, too the point you need to wipe them before walking through the doors. Watch out where you sit outside there were spiders all over there too. The upper back stair case is getting ready to fall and is a SERIOUS DANGER to anyone who uses it. Many of the doors dont open and close well. Lights didnt work on dock or path to house. Usually when staying at a VRBO which we do regularly there is more info on the house and area this place had nothing. Looks much nicer in the pictures than it actually is. We ended up leaving a day early I couldn't handle the ants and spiders anymore.

Good view, private dock, fire pit - needs a LOT of TLC and major cleaning.

Although the location was great and the fire pit was used the entire weekend, the lack of attention to the entire property outweighs the good. The whole place inside & out, could use a good power wash and a lot of TLC. Inside looked as though no one had stayed there in quite a while. Bugs, cobwebs, spiders were everywhere. In all the lampshades (nice surprise when turning off and on), in the overhead can lights, all over the entrance and heavy presence in the basement bedroom on the left. Ceiling in living room had beams with what looks like black mold up and down the main beam. Outside was covered in spider webs again, as if no one had been there all season. The windows, outside lights, shed on dock were all covered in webs and dock lights were the worst! There were some minor things that I would like to have seen done or called out given the rate. I would not recommend this property, nor would I stay at this location again.

Awesome home on the water!!

Spacious, well-equipped home on the water. Although we were outside most of the time, the house gave everyone in our group plenty of privacy when we were inside. Kitchen had everything you would need. Great location with lots to do at the resort. Firepit area is a great place to hang out and having a dock to fish off of was a bonus too! Would definitely return!

Quiet and peaceful with lots of attractions close

The house was exactly as described. It was spacious for 7 people. The weather wasn’t as nice as we had hoped but it didn’t affect our relaxation or memories made at the house. It’s easy to find and in a good, central location for attractions at Margaritaville and Ozarks.

Very relaxing place

This house has all that shows in the pictures.Even though the bad weather (it was raining all the 5 days) my sons and I enjoyed of our time in this beautiful property. It is cozy and comfortable place with plenty of rooms for everyone. The coffee was "delicious".The yoga mats and blankets were the plus.We enjoyed of the beautiful of the lake and the surrounding areas even without leaving the house during the raining, thanks to the big windows.Close to stores and restaurants.Just beautiful!

Holiday Getaway

Family Extended Weekend

This property was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 4 young children. Having the boat dock and swimming area was wonderful and the kids ready enjoyed their time there swimming and fishing. The main channel views are very nice for relaxation on the main level balcony deck, lots of seating for our family. Having access to the Margaritaville marina, restaurants and pools made it very convenient. Only issues that would need attention is one of the AC units in the lower level bedroom was making noises and smelled of smoke in the controls which we reported to the property manager, as well as the main level TV is missing the remote which made it difficult to turn on and off. Additionally, the shower curtains in the restrooms all need adjustment as they are not properly located and allow water outside, we had to keep towels on the floor to stop the water.

Relaxing Staycation

We had a great time during our stay. Almost everything that we needed are already in the house. Clean and neat house. Very aesthetic and instagrammable. Only the soap dispensers in the restrooms are not working properly maybe the host can change it. But other than that we had an awesome stay. :) Thanks.
