The Space
Welcome to your lakeside retreat near Mile Marker 19! Tommy’s Place was thoughtfully designed for couples, small families, girls’ weekends, or fishing getaways.
Step inside and take in the vaulted ceilings and wall of windows that open up to stunning lake views — you’ll instantly feel that “you’ve arrived” moment.
The living room is warm and bright, with natural light pouring in and comfortable seating surrounding a large ottoman that adds a cheerful island pop. The décor brings subtle tropical vibes — breezy textures, calming tones, and cozy touches that make you want to settle in and stay awhile.
Unwind with a 55” TV offering cable and streaming, or grab one of the board and card games for a fun evening in. The queen sleeper sofa provides extra space for guests, and blackout curtains ensure everyone sleeps soundly.
Kitchen & Dining
The kitchen is fully updated with granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a well-stocked coffee bar with Keurig, drip, and espresso options. Whether you’re making breakfast or a sunset dinner, you’ll find all the essentials — cookware, utensils, a variety of spices, and complimentary coffee and creamer.
Bedroom & Bath
The bedroom is your private retreat, designed for comfort and relaxation. Soft lighting, blackout curtains, and a flat-screen smart TV create a cozy space to unwind after a day on the lake. Crisp linens and plush pillows make for a restful night’s sleep on the king bed, while the in-unit washer and dryer—conveniently tucked inside the closet—help you keep things fresh during longer stays.
The bathroom has been beautifully updated with a walk-in tile shower, fresh finishes, and soft lighting that feels spa-like. We provide plush towels, plus shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and an assortment of extra toiletries — so you can travel light and still feel pampered.
Outdoor Living
Step out to the covered patio — perfect any time of year — with seating for four and an electric grill. Enjoy morning coffee while the water sparkles below, or relax with an evening cocktail as boats glide by.
The saltwater pool, is super refreshing and offers panoramic lake views for those perfect summer days.
Guest Access
You’ll have full access to the condo and all amenities, including the pool (open Memorial Day through Labor Day). Please note: there’s a full flight of stairs to reach the condo, pool, and lakeside — but the view makes it completely worth it once you arrive.
Thoughtful Touches
We’ve stocked the condo with everything you might need — coffee, sugar, and creamer, plus essential kitchen staples like salt, pepper, olive oil, and spices. You’ll also find shampoo, conditioner, body wash, extra toiletries, laundry soap, and pool towels. Pack light and enjoy the ease of a truly well-equipped stay.

Tommy’s Place sits in the heart of the Lake of the Ozarks’ most vibrant area — minutes by car or boat from Backwater Jack’s, Redhead Lakeside Grill, and Shorty Pants.

Things to Know
No pets and no smoking of any kind are allowed. A minimum $250 fee applies for violations.
Parking is free and conveniently located in front of the building.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. You will be given a choice between a security deposit of $10.00 or a damage waiver of $35.00. Truvi will contact you to complete the process and will refer to my company LJ Vacation Rentals. Please note that this notification is legitimate, and must be completed prior to your stay.
