Convenient place to stay to tour the city as well as for day trips around Kansai. Hotel with a lot of adds on (laundry, restaurants, spa and even vending machines for beverages). Only downside it’s a very big hotel and with a lot of floors, so at certain times the elevators were very busy. But all in all, would stay here again.

The laundry facility was convenient and easy to monitor in the room, but the dryers are poor. Even with cleaning the lint filter, it still took 1.5 hours to fully dry a load. There also needs to be a trash can on the laundry room for deposing the lint. Other than the above, this was a great place to stay.

Another wonderful APA Hotel with friendly staff, all the things I've come to love and expect. The new check-in process continues to be very problematic. I finally discovered this time that my reservation did not have my middle name in it, but my passport does which was confusing the system. But still, had to enter so much stuff manually that Expedia already had. It's poorly integrated and poorly implemented (I'm an IT guy so I know). Please fix this one aspect and it will be perfect again. Thank you.
