This is a great place to stay for a couple days. Its right next to a bunch of intersting places and about a 30 min walk from dotenbori. The room had enough space for me and my things, and great amenities. I'd recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Clean room although some strange smell at the entrance. Very comfortable beds, we have good rest after long walking. There are coins parking nearby. The sounds from the expressway not loud, we can sleep peacefully.

At first I saw couple negative reviews thought was crappy but when we arrived place was nice clean close to everything AC was nice and cold if I go back to Osaka I will stay in the same place

Though we are next to Tennoji Zoo, hardly any smell and the place is less than 5mins walk away from Shinsaikei. Despite so, it’s pretty quiet and safe (just avoid the porn-theatre if you have kids). If you are driving, the place is pretty near to the main highway and ETC exit. We had no problem driving from Ikoma. Since we plan to visit USJ, Osaka Aquarium etc, we drove to KIX after check in and train back via rapid Svc (less than 40mins @peak period). Most importantly it’s pretty near to two sub stations, duty free shops (including DONKI Mega) and eateries. If you miss home cooking, the kitchenette is well equip and lots of grocers and supermarkets nearby. Very pocket friendly too.

Overall experience is excellent! 5-10mins walk to JR and Metro, convenience store and restaurant are just 2-3mins walk away, I was in eighth floor the highway in front of balcony is bit noisy at night but acceptable. Only one thing that TV is not working in the middle of trip as i have been staying the same room for 16days, I did send message to customer service unfortunately no respond is received before check-out. End up i found remote control is broken, that tells no one will be taking care your request in case there is urgency potentially.

Poor communication from host. Despite sending messages struggling to get into property 3 hours after check in time i heard nothing until the day we were to check out. Whilst it was our mistake in missing an in app email you should still be available to support your guests at check in. For the property itself, the freeway right outside the window is loud, the room is very hot without air con on which is above one of the beds which triggered some allergies. Positives - property had a large fridge and freezer which was really useful! View from balcony beyond the freeway was really pretty. Overall 6/10

おしゃれな装飾で清潔感があり快適に過ごせました。繁華街に近く、買い物、飲食に困りません。すぐ外が高速なので、車の音が気になる方には向かないと思います。他の方も書いてましたが、シャワーの水圧は弱いです。個人的には部屋に掛け時計があったら良かったです。家族で楽しく過ごすことが出来ました。ありがとうございました。

初めてこういった施設を利用しましたが、チェックインもスムーズで、部屋も写真通りキレイでした！ 上の階の方が夜中までドタバタしてましたが、まぁそれはある程度仕方ないかなと…。他、騒音は特になく、ちゃんと眠れました！ 通天閣まで歩いて近いので最高ですし、コインパーキングもそこまで遠くない最大料金ありのところがあって助かりました。 お風呂が自動なのや、色々アイテムが揃っていて、連泊にもいいなぁと。 とてもいい旅になりました。 ありがとうございました！ 帰り際にお掃除の方とすれ違い(ここの方かはわかりませんが)、気持ちのいいご挨拶をしてくださいました。 それだけで利用してよかったと心から思いました。

El apartamento es grande y espacioso. Pero la limpieza fue muy mala, entrabas al apartamento y olía a orina, el piso estaba sucio, el baño estaba sucio, la regadera con manchas negras. En la entrada está el tiradero de basura, así que huele mal y está sucio. La zona de alrededor se siente insegura, aunque un poco turística, la zona es fea y está como a 12 min a pie la estación más cercana. Además está lejos del centro. En general no lo recomiendo, lejos y sucio y huele mal. No vale lo que pagas
