Nice hotel not too far from Osaka station

The hotel is in a quiet area, about 7 minutes walking from Osaka Station. There is not a lot else around besides the station, but it met our needs. The room was a nice size, which is always a plus in Japan. We paid for the breakfast and found it to be a good value. If you prefer to be closer to trains instead of the centre of town, this is a good value.

Fairly close to the Osaka train station. A bit of roadworks going on in the main street to the station but it is safe to work and pedestrian access is clearly marked.

梅田駅は少し遠いので福島駅を利用すると道もわかりやすくて良いです。朝の軽食がついていて良かったです。製氷機、ランドリーがあり、1階がコンビニなのも便利でした。 アメニティが豊富で嬉しい。また利用したいです！！

チェックインは改善して欲しいです

リピートでの宿泊で、部屋、設備は前回同様に快適でした。ただ残念だった点は、チェックインの手順が不便だったことです。自動チェックイン機があるのですが、先ずフロントに行かなければならない理由がわかりませんでした。フロントで何が行われたのか(必要だったのか)不明ですが、結局「チェックインは自動機でお願いします」と言われます。(混んでいる時期なので仕方ないのですが)自動機もフロントもいつも滞っているのでとてもストレスを感じました。自動機の画面も不親切なな感じに思えました。QRコードを提示するためのボタンが2つあるのですが、(ロイネット)メンバー向けと、他サイト予約の場合とで分かれているそうで、分かりにくかったです。フロントの方は忙しそうで少し苛立っているように見えたので、聞くのを躊躇ってしまいました。毎回ではないですが、担当の方によってサービスに差が出てしまう点は改善して欲しいと思いました。

The place is a lot further out of the way than it seems, and the check in process is a little awkward with the two different buildings. Still a good place to stay if you don’t mind a long walk or taxi.
