Great hotel, the lounge is a welcome bonus, with a variety of soft and alcoholic drinks available between 2pm and 10pm, whiskey, vodka, margarita mix etc. Rooms and beds are very comfortable. Don't forget to put your request for room cleaning on the door! Free washer and dryer is very useful. Walkable to everything dōtonbori has to offer.

Amenities are great. I especially like the free laundry and lounge access. The laundry is 24:7 and unlimited they also have option to compress your laundry or plushies to give more room in your luggage. You can sit in the laundry room and enjoy some hot drinks while you wait. The location is perfect it is inside the shopping district so it is close to the shops restaurants etc the breakfast buffet is amazing hands down lots of great options both Eastern and western. The rooms are cozy. The rooms aren’t very new but well kept. The staff are very friendly and welcoming.

Room is a bit old. I stayed here twice and both rooms has mould around the Air Con Vent. Beside that, the hotel is Amazing!

Service was very good especially the unlimited snacks and drinks. It also very nice that they have laundry lounge that is unique and very relaxing. The clothes compressor is a bonus.. Our room is decently clean especially the bathroom which is the very thing that I FIRST check everytime i checked in for a hotel. The only thing i dont like is that the room felt cramp.. But over all experience is great..

Namba is Lively

The hotel was very nice. The breakfast Buffet is expansive. The rooms were relatively large (by Japanese standards). The area can be confusing to navigate, but the staff are helpful. It is right in the middle of a shopping arcade, but the room was not noisy.

Absolutely fantastic stay. Hotel was clean, comfortable, with laundry lounge and another separate lounge with snacks and drinks. Great location with friendly staff who responded to my many queries regarding luggage forwarding and nearby amenities before my stay. Special kudos must be given to their team who helped me hunt for and retrieve a precious left-behind toy and forwarded it to my next location. 10/10 will stay at this hotel again!
