We went to Japan and stayed here because it was next to the Universal Studios place in Japan. I'm so glad we stayed here. Room was very spacious for a family of 3. It was clean. The downside was there was no washer and dryer to wash our clothes and food was just limited to whatever was in City walk. I would highly recommend this hotel to others and it’s very close to USJ. I hope to stay here again.

The hotel has two free baggage storage rooms where you can leave your bags before check in and after check out. The morning buffet was good with both western and Japanese breakfast choices. Each floor has a vending machine and microwave oven area. Room was clean and reasonably spacious. Check in and check out was easy.

Upon arrival staff did not fully detail in their welcome message what was offered. The breakfast buffet was horrible. Management was not helpful in providing taxi company information unless it was booked through the hotel directly. The couches in the main are were stained. The hotel had a slight odor. The only positive was the room size was good and the location was great.
