Solo Travel Review: I'd recommend this hotel if staying in Osaka. Very safe and quiet area and is walk distance to a grocery store, family mart, and 7-11. As far as the hotel itself; the staff was very friendly, helpful, and spoke great English. The check-in process was very fast and they received my luggage from a other hotel. The room itself was very clean and decent size for a solo traveler. Only thing I would note is that this hotel doesn't ship out luggage to other hotels; you may need to use the family mart or 7-11 to ship out your luggage.

Great location almost next door to the metro, there is a 24hr family mart across the road, that do luggage delivery if needed, a supermarket next door to the right and a nice cafe to left and round the corner is a 7/11. Its only a couple of stops to Dotonbori. The hotel offers a variety of amenities and the free breakfast is a bonus.

Hotel location was conveniently located next to the Yodobashi station. Literally steps away! A straight forward train ride down to Dontonbori or up to the Shin-Osaka station. Complimentary breakfast was basic, but a good way to start the day. Room and common areas were clean with thoughtful amenities like hot water kettle, mini fridge, pajamas, toothbrush kits, washcloths, hair brush. Only thing that I noticed was that there’s evidence of moisture/mildew in the lobby overhead vents. Some evidence of mildew in crevices in our shower area.

Loved this place! The staff was friendly, their complimentary breakfast was simple but delicious. The rooms were extremely clean, comfortable bed, the AC worked wonderfully and kept the room comfortable. The metro entrance was just a few blocks away but an easy walk.
