The Boly Osaka is a cozy and spotless place with excellent staff who provide attentive service. The rooftop terrace offers a beautiful view of the river, and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Really nice boutique hotel walking distance from the train/metro station, really convenient to move around Osaka. We visited Universal Studios and took the train to it from the hotel. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only reason I’m giving it a 4 instead of a 5 is because of the bathroom sink’s drainage that was too slow. Japanese’s breakfast offered at the hotel was really good too.

特別な空間です

宿泊者限定で、屋上にてアルコールをいただけるのが何とも特別で楽しめました。バルコニーもあり閉塞感がないのが気に入りました。地下鉄の音は激しく聞こえますが、電車に揺られているような心地良さに感じました。

他のホテルにはないオシャレでムーディな空間。 ホテルというより、理想の別宅にきたような感覚。無駄を省きながらも、こだわるところはすごくこだわっています。過度なおもてなしではなく、セルフサービスな部分も含めて、どう過ごすか？を自分で楽しめました。 また泊まりたいなと思います！

細やかな対応が素晴らしく、とても気持ちよく滞在ができました。 是非また泊まりたいです。 出張で行く為、宿泊代が会社負担額より高いのがハードルとしてあります。 安い時期を必死に探してでもまた行きたいですね。

川沿いのお部屋を案内いただけました。広くて天井も高くてゆっくり過ごせました。部屋から対岸の図書館が望めますし、インテリアもおしゃれ、朝ごはんをとるカフェもとても凝った味付けでよかったです。ただ、地下を走る電車の音が響くのだけが難点です。私は寝付きが良いので大丈夫でしたが、音に神経質な方には向かないかもしれません。ホテル側も耳栓を置くなど配慮はしてくれています。周辺はビジネスガイドで静かな立地です。中の島は個人的に好きなエリアなので、また大阪に来た際は泊まると思います。

Lovely hotel

The room was stylish and tidy with a lovely bathroom. All the staff we encountered are friendly. The area was cozy and easy walk around without crowded by tourists. a lot of coffee shops, ceramic shops, museums nearby.

優點： 風景好 ！交通便利。 缺點： 在地鉄上，房間會震動，再意睡眠品質在意請勿考慮。 當天在冰箱有留未開包裝食物 提前退房有寄行李在6F櫃台 回來領行李時，詢問櫃台小姐 小姐在服務上沒有問打掃也沒去房間看 直接回應無保管遺留在房內的東西 會直接丟掉 覺得服務不細心 明知客人會再回來 與其它飯店比較起來這點不週到 從沒寫過飯店缺點 対這方面在意 不會再訂這家 以上屬個人經驗 但前一天櫃台男士服務很好 謝謝
