"The check process was simple and quick. The amenities on the property like the rooftop bar and lounge area were great. In the evening for an hour they provided free beer which was a nice touch. Overall my family and I were happy with stay aand would come again or recommend it to others. There is also a 7 eleven next store and a subway station close within 5 mins making it easy to get around the city. Plenty of food options to choose from nearby as well."

"Fantastic hotel. In the middle of Osaka- walking distance to everything. 8min car ride to osaka castle, donobori. Great staff service. Free coffee & sodas at lobby which is very convenient for a morning coffee run. Rooms are smallish (normal for japan) but high quality fixtures and furniture. Stayed w family. Highly recommend. "

"We had 3 in our room, adult size. The room was a bit small with no place to really sit other than your bed. The beds however were very comfortable which was nice. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We did the breakfast each morning and found it to be very satisfying. Getting to try something different each day was nice. The only thing really lacking is there is no place to really hang out except your room and no hot tub but did have a nice pool. Another great benefit was the transit stations were very convenient which was why I picked this hotel to begin with. And it didn't disappoint. "
