"The room was spacious and comfortable. I had an issue with the air conditioner, but it was resolved very quickly. Breakfast was somewhat limited in variety, though everything was high quality. The gym could use a bit more equipment. The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly."

The strongest issue was the very strong smell in the reception area and parts of the building, which caused headaches and made the arrival experience uncomfortable. Check-in and check-out also took much longer than expected, with delays that could be improved for better guest service. Breakfast was quite basic, and some of the items did not look very fresh, which was disappointing compared to expectations."
