"Absolutely wonderful hotel on river next door to Basilica. Perfect location to enjoy the heart of Zaragoza. And the fireworks were directly in front of us on our balcony.!! Streetcars literally at our front door!. Impeccable service and staff. Could not ask for a better location or hotel. Parking was plentiful underground and breakfast was a great variety and plentiful. All in all a A++."

"The receptionist was very helpful to print out some important tickets. Her English excellent. The only issue was getting into their parking but the good thing was that they thought ahead and reserved spots for guests. Nice work."

"The only two downsides of staying in this hotel are firstly that you need to be prepared to take public transportation in order to get to most sights in Zaragoza however as the hotel is attached to the main train station Zaragoza Delicias there are numerous buses...just make sure to get on and off buses at acceso Llegadas and not Salidas when possible inorder to save walking. The only issue with the hotel room itself was the lack of ventilation in the bathroom so getting out of a hot shower was muggy.... other than that zero issues with staying here :-)"

"Dissapointed the pool wasn't opened on such a beautiful warm day. The young man who served the beers and coffee was very helpful and professional. The carpets in the room were quite badly stained but e wee bit of refurbishment it would be 5s all the way."

"Muy bien ubicado, con acceso directo al parking contiguo, desayuno super completo, muy lindas vistas de Andorra, y nos hicieron un upgrade de la habitación, el personal es realmente muy atento, excelente estadía para repetirla"

"The facility overall was very nice. Our room however was very odd. Like it was extra space that needed to be made into a room. There was a huge “L” shaped sofa that was horribly uncomfortable, way too deep to sit in. Had there been lots of pillows it would have been usable. There was a long desk to offset the sofa but just one little chair for the whole space. Two nice size windows for light but nothing to look at. Beds were comfortable, everything was clean and there morning buffets was excellent!"
