Enkelt och prisvärt.

Perfekt boende för familj som vill ha självhushåll. Det hade varit bra om jag dubbelkollat lägenhetens utrustning med kundtjänst innan avresa. Det var verkligen en basic-lägenhet. Promenadavstånd till mataffärer, restauranger och spårvagn. Oslo är en mycket fin och trevlig stad!

Group of three adults in a studio aparment. They very kindly had the sofa bed prepared as we were getting in a midnight. Key code provided worked on the right keypad. We had difficulty in our eagerness to see the Forenom name on the lower keypad (as the person in front of us unfortunately was using the upper keypad we followed suit). 19 tram to and from town is available at the end of the road but we walked to Akerhus/harbour in around 30 mins. Fridge and freezer very useful. Kiwi 7-23 not to far away. Green space nearby. Shower was a little hit and miss on hot water. Plenty of towels. Apartment could do with a kitchen upgrade as a little tired but had everything we needed to prepare a meal. As the apartment faced into a courtyard it was lovely and quiet.

Ωραία τοποθεσία με δύσκολη όμως σχετικά πρόσβαση με τα δημόσια μέσα μεταφοράς. Ανηφορική η πεζοπορική διαδρομή από το κέντρο της πόλης. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολυκατοικία παλαιάς κατασκευής, χωρίς γενική ανακαίνιση και χωρίς συντήρηση στους κοινόχρηστους χώρους. Το μπάνιο του διαμερίσματος δεν έχει εκσυγχρονισθεί ως προς τον εξοπλισμό του (είδη υγιεινής κλπ.) και τα υλικά της επένδυσης του χώρου.

Inopportuno

Lontano dal centro, ci sono i mezzi efficienti ma le formate distano 400m circa. Abbiamo trovato 2 letti singoli e un divano letto senza lenzuola, eravamo in 4, la prima notte abbiamo dormito 4 in due letti singoli. Ho sollecitato il problema e il giorno dopo mi hanno risposto che le lenzuola e le asciugamani si trovavano sotto il divano letto. La porta del balcone non si chiudeva a chiave, per cui da fuori si poteva aprire ed entrare in camera. So che la criminalità il Norvegia è bassa però stare in un posto dove la notte chiunque può scavalcare ed entrare in camera o di giorno quando uno non è camera non è il massimo. Ho sollecitato il giorno dell'arrivo e al terzo giorno mi hanno risposto che sarebbe venuto qualcuno a sistemare la serratura, non è venuto. Gli spazi sono ampi ma non ha molti appoggi per appendere i vestiti. In cucina in un cassetto basso c'era un armamentario accessoriato di coltelli di tutti i tipi, anche il balcone era pericoloso in quanto la ringhiera era molto di più bassa dello standard, pericoloso per i bambini. L'ascensore era senza porta interna, c'era un sensore che appena toccavi la porta esterna durante la corsa si fermava, però stare in fiducia di un sensore. Il giorno prima del check out ci arriva un messaggio che dice di pulire la stanza e di buttare la spazzatura fuori differenziandola; richieste inopportune in quanto hanno messo a disposizione l'aspirapolvere e hanno lasciato solo un secchio di spazzatura senza avere modo di differenziare.

God verdi for pengene.

Helt grei leilighet. God verdi for pengene. Litt lav standard, og i behov av modernisering, men alt fungerte som det skulle. Leiligheten hadde tekjøkken med kjøleskap, kokeplater og mikrobølgeovn. Det var utstyrt med det man trenger til enkel matlaging. Behagelig sofa, finy lite spisebord for to, og behagelig seng. Det var gulvkaldt, og varmen på badet var tilsynelatende i istand. Noe lytt til naboer og korridor.

Stay away, for your own sake.

Absolute worst hotel experience of my life. I planned my stay there with my partner and one year old daughter. The whole place smelled like smoke and mold, there was cigarette marks on the sofa and the customer support refused to help us. Stay away!
