Clean, room functions and amenities. The only issue was the ventinge lift broke shortly after we arrived. We had to take our check-in luggages from level 5 to level 1 when we checked out.

Group of three adults in a studio aparment. They very kindly had the sofa bed prepared as we were getting in a midnight. Key code provided worked on the right keypad. We had difficulty in our eagerness to see the Forenom name on the lower keypad (as the person in front of us unfortunately was using the upper keypad we followed suit). 19 tram to and from town is available at the end of the road but we walked to Akerhus/harbour in around 30 mins. Fridge and freezer very useful. Kiwi 7-23 not to far away. Green space nearby. Shower was a little hit and miss on hot water. Plenty of towels. Apartment could do with a kitchen upgrade as a little tired but had everything we needed to prepare a meal. As the apartment faced into a courtyard it was lovely and quiet.

Great stay, great location. Has washing machine (no dryer), fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher. Unique building, great views, but ceilings are extremely low like a hobbit house.

Stay away, for your own sake.

Absolute worst hotel experience of my life. I planned my stay there with my partner and one year old daughter. The whole place smelled like smoke and mold, there was cigarette marks on the sofa and the customer support refused to help us. Stay away!

The property was dirty with blood stains on the mattress and damp dirty seats, the whole appart smelt like cigarettes and the window didnt close whixh was a good job really to cope with the smell the kitchen came with no or any abilty to was up which was a problem for an apprent which had 1 bowl for 4 people. However the worst thing was the fact a whole curtain was missing on the main window, when we asked the cleaner on site she re0lied with not my problem

The property had the minimum of furniture a very dirty and chip sofa and a 20 year old dining table and chairs made from old sticks from IKEA not an arm chair and just the smallest and cheapest coffee table from ikea. You where advised to used the extractor fan when cooking never, have I seen a dirtied an greasy fan and cooker.The Tv had to be connected to your phone through a so sort a chrome cast. I was never able to fix this even with help from friends and staff. Just a nightmare and I would never stay there again and paying for it And I am Norwegian.They where ripping you off
