The staff were super friendly and helpful. I am a wheelchair user and was able to stay in the shared rooms and access everything. It helps that I am really strong and great at transfers as the rooms/bathrooms are not truly accessible. They did have a shower chair and the place was well maintained and clean. Sarah was the person I interacted with the most and was really helpful. Over all it was a great stay and I will stay again if I’m in Oslo! Thank you!

It was a great check in process. The staff friendly, elevator not working ( 5 flights) to walk up to room.. I stayed in room not realizing was mixed, k was in room with 3 men, couldn’t get a good night rest. Please offer Romeo/ men. It was a quick layover, therefore I was gone by 6am.

The laundry room had a terrible smell in it so we didn’t feel we could use it sadly. One of the main reasons we booked to stay here. The kitchen area was OK but there was a problem with the hob so we couldn’t really cook. The reception/cafe area was lovely, the staff were an absolute delight. The room was fine, small but ok.
