Great location with great breakfast

Very nice hotel on the main road, easy walk to the train station and many restaurants and sites. During a two week trip in Scandinavia, they had the best breakfast spread of all.

The washer/dryer was a disaster. I planned to wash my clothes, which is why I chose this location. The washer takes 1.5 hours, and the dryer takes over 3 hours. Who has time for that...no one. I recommend buying multiple washers and dryers. My clothes still did not dry. Started at 9 pm to wash. I placed them to dry for 3 hours, and they were still damp after the 1st tume. I took out clothes to see if that would help. It did not. I got up at 3 am to check, then again at 5 a.m., then at 7 am. Decided to take it out. It needs to be clear on your website how long it really takes, and it never dries. I ended up placing only 3 items, still no result of drying. Please look into this for all your customers. I needed this for my trip because I only brought enough for a few days. Did not sleep well -worried about my clothes. Unacceptable to have just an one unit. Breakfast was good. The person who prepared did an excellent job every morning. Fresh and warm bread, hard boiled eggs, fruit and veggies. Room was fine small but doable. One night did hear people outside my window on the 2nd floor but not the rest of the days. Staff was helpful. Easy to get to from the airport. Easy to travel into the city center from the metro stop 7 minutes away. Grocery around the corner for water or items.

The location is the best you can ask for. Walk distance to many attractions and the train station. Got upgraded to the main building. Room was clean and comfortable but as usual in EU pretty small, we we’re there for one night so it was perfect. Breakfast was great!! Would choose it again.

We had an absolutely lovely time here. The location is very convenient and close to public transportation. It is right across a nice park/green space in the center area of Oslo. The most amazing part of this Hotel was the absolutely phenomenal breakfast! Best breakfast I’ve ever had.. they had anything you could ever want and everything was extremely fresh and delicious.

Beautiful location set along a beautiful park, 1 block from the harbor. Plenty of dining, shopping & things to do nearby. Staff was super friendly & helpful. I had a Parkview room and didn't really hear any noise even though they set up for the King of Denmark's procession that went right past the hotel!!!
